It took a bit to get used to but now it is opened up daily on our front desk for contacts and communication.  The upgrades to email design meant we were able to stop using Mailchimp.

Wonderful Website capture and email design software

Horrible. I've spent months trying to resolve a simple matter, leaving over 15 voicemails and messages and never got even one returned call. Then a Senior Account Manager at Referrizer wrote me a scolding, aggressive email that left no room for my experience or opinion as a client. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DISHONEST COMPANY.

Do not deal with this SCAM company.

As stated above with the loyalty, referral, email, mass text and short built into one this is a apowerful marketing tool. The fact that you can also very easily customize workflows will increase customer frequency, purchase, purchase value and total ROI without doing very much at all.  It takes it off yoru staff and reduces Human error.

I wasn't sure at first, but after the first month it was clear it was worth is and definitely will keep using into the future! Would like more help understanding all of the features.

In the short time that I've been with Referrizer I've seen my google reviews escalate rapidly -- going from approx 12 reviews to 59 within a period of 45 days.  This has increased my google search ranking and has enabled me to decrease my hefty google ads spending.  I've also enjoyed working with Jude, my marketing contact there.  She's got great ideas for my business and is very responsive and patient.  Honestly, everyone I've spoken with from the initial cold call to the sales team to the marketing team has been pleasant and eager to please.

Best thing I did this year for my business to automate my marketing

Prior to using Referrizer I was paying over 8 different companies a monthly fee for individual services and they weren't streamlined and didn't talk to each other.  I have been able to save over $1,200 a month by streamlining all of my services by just using Referrizer.  All of my metrics are in one place and each part of Referrizer grows over time and keeps building my marketing machine each week.  I will never go back to the old way.

You Need to Add Referrizer

Josh B:                                                Hi, my name is Josh. I'm the owner of Cryo Nation. And Cryo Nation is a health and wellness center that's intended to provide simple, sustainable solutions for health and wellness. And we've been using Referrizer now for the last few years, and it's definitely taken our business to the next level. I give Referrizer a five out of five.
                                                       We looked at a few different operating systems to utilize other than Referrizer, and we've used several other services before, and ultimately we ended up canceling all those other ones for various reasons. One, some of them are too expensive, some of them were not intuitive enough. Others required you using other platforms in conjunction with this, so it was just overly complicated and wasn't fitting the criteria that we were looking for in a program such as that.
                                                       We ended up choosing Referrizer because they didn't have any of the other issues that the other companies had. Referrizer very competitive rates, very intuitive and simple to use, and there's a lot of different resources along with it. We were able to get it to work with some of the other programs we already had such our check-in system that we used, our point of sale system in the store. So it's very intuitive, very easy to use, and you can really augment Referrizer and use that with any of the platforms you're already using.
                                                       Working with Referrizer has been very simple. They've made everything very easy. They've got a great support team. They have upgraded subscription platforms for those that are interested as well. So again, you can customize it to the enth degree. I highly recommend using Referrizer. They just make the process very seamless.
                                                       Anyone who's interested in using Referrizer, I would highly recommend utilizing it as another tool for your business. We've used it for so many different things. I'm putting together a campaign right now that will send out automated texts as well as emails for our New Year's specials. And again, very easy to set it up and we get great response from our customers with that. So it definitely pays for itself.
