At the end of the year everything is prepared for me in a very simple way. Great and helpful customer support team as well.
The only difficulty we've encountered is what you might expect from any new software tool - getting onboarded takes a while, especially if you need the entire team on the same page.
I am also a color-coordinated type of person, love that feature. It is so user friendly and a breeze to learn how to use.
This results in faster reporting and less risk of errors. All reports are easily exportable and I can upload into my accounting system easily.
Friendly and accessible support team is a huge plus.
Very comfortable UI, can get all of my data at any point.
The interface is easy t navigate and to use. The ability to drag and drop leases, as well as scan them in a matter of *seconds.

HyperProof has been a solid partner through their product offerings and excellent support in helping us mature our compliance programs.
I no longer need to rely on spreadsheets or static documents, an entire program can be run and updated in a few minutes and provide continuous oversight for compliance maintenance.
Fantastic experience with the tool and the company. Great support in building up our programs of control and delivering custom features that meet our needs.
It can be a little difficult not to need multiple tabs of Hyperproof running to get the full picture of what you're doing.
Hyperproof is a great compliance platform backed by a phenomenal fantastic team. The customer support is incredible.

The fact that Netwrix always includes new and better features all of the time. Great price for the software and once it is in place and working it is very stable and solid.
It gives us errors but doesn't explain exactly what the error is so we can fix it, it tracks windows 10 but has trouble tracking Windows 7 updates.
I like how easy it is to deploy and upgrade. The new 9.0 interface is a great improvement over the previous version.
Some of the plugins are hard to use. I have a hard time figuring out what is causing errors sometimes when it runs its nightly scans of my systems.
I must also give kudos to the Netwrix helpdesk, as there are very knowledgeable and have assisted successfully on numerous occasions.
Missing some real-time features and alerts. Difficult to Integrate with other auditing software.
I like that I have can a "one-stop shop" for all my auditing needs. Very easy to use and the support folks are great.
The thing I most dislike about the tool is it's not very intuitive.

Awkward to add new users from Active Directory / Very difficult to roll out an upgrade globally because of the client (the client needs to be deployed to each computer).

It seemed slow and clunky and somewhat unstable.
She has a devoted working attitude and we really love her service.
When renegotiating contracts, the Sales team took a very, very long time, often forgetting about us, lost our contract, etc. But we work with them very infrequently.
The software was easy to navigate and use. The certent team was responsive to my questions and resolved them in a timely manner.
I would say making sure you know the right way to build tables ahead of time is important, if not may end up doing things twice but you only make that mistake once.

The simplicity of this product is fantastic. Its on of the easiest and most simple piece of software to use with the most effective results.
It fails more often than not and the upgrade instructions listed on ManageEngine's website has inaccurate data (lists the wrong batch files to use, etc).
Overall ManageEngine Audit Plus gives you a great AD Admin and Audit experience. I would love to recommend it.
The upgrade process is the worst thing I've ever seen in a software product.

It doesn't sound so bad, but the upgrade process itself is dependent on this antiquated process that uses a batch file and a Java utility.
Affordable and easy to use. It gathers a ton of useful information for internal audit support for SOX.
Although AD audit has a bunch of features, the UI is a bit cluttered and intimidating if you don't know exactly what you're looking for.
The ADAudit support team were really good with helping my team get the product set up in the first place, making sure that everything that needed to be seen could be seen.

The instant access and reporting across the business, the ability to re-take and enact the surveying is a great asset to the compliance of our business.
Updating and versioning has been somewhat confusing.
The iAuditor Software is by far the most comprehensive all-in-one compliance system I have used thus far. The ease of use, thousands of templates and real time uploading is outstanding.
No possibility to create "action plan form" for addressee based on list of failed points. Action plan would be filled online via safetyculture web app.
It's easy to photograph issues and highlight areas for improvement and the reports are all stored for future reference. The dashboard is also useful and allows us to track our audit programme.
The save/close options for inspections was a little confusing at first not knowing if it says completed but then we got use to it.
Customer service has been great, and more importantly, they are continually improving their platform.
You can modify the audits on your personal computer but at the moment to see it on the phone always there is a "conflict" to get solve.
Good experience from the start, when I experimented with the program before my company implemented it, getting better as we use it for more types of inspections.

Outstanding customer support and bug fixes, the "Help Me" feature provide an excellent and fast communication channel with the technical and administrative teams.
The user interface is ridiculously complex, and cannot be changed. After four years of use, my employees still complain about how difficult it is to enter information.
It is great for tracking incidents, OSHA Logs. The Compliance Calendar and Action Plan are great tools for tracking proactive and reactive action to inspections, incidents and regular requirements.
No Security gate log to manage emergency evacuations.
Robust framework allows for excellent incident tracking. Compliance calendar is also very helpful, as is the inspection tool.
Why do we have to 'pay' to get 'basic functionality. Why does it take so long for things to be addressed or fixed.

We have an long, extensive checklist with many mandatory questions built in, so the ability to save, even if some questions haven't been completed yet, was a fantastic update to the software.
With scanning paper form there are often rejects so data may not be accurately reflected.

What impresses me most about this software is the simplicity and accessibility of all aspects associated with this software.
There is a lot to look at on the one screen can get confusing.
OH and Safety application is great. Safety performance is great to monitor.
Apart from manual csv downloads across individual modules, no other form of integration available.
The most that i like about this software is the ease of the software.
Print function is a messy format with no quality work arounds (e.g. unable to print a single page within a group of forms). Support and requested development can be very slow.
It is great and has been a real help to our work here.
Sometimes it can be hard to find what you need but a quick look and its usually there.
Instead of focusing on navigating a system the ease of use allows you to quickly categorise the incident and focus more on the important details.

Great team to work with and great tool. The whole process was a breeze, very supportive company.
Minor issue - Lack of printable /sharable risk event view (when needing to share outside of software, e.g. in a meeting).
It is a quality product that was easy to implement and teach to our BUs. Customer service is prompt and extremely helpful.
I can't say at this point I have any major dislikes of the software.
While Essential ERM does provide great training and support, the software is intuitive and easy to pick-up.

I just audit the assigned providers and I cannot remove providers that may have been added in error, manager needs to do that.
User friendly, quality reports, and educational training videos have been very helpful.
Missing elements to capture patient date of birth.
Very helpful when it came to organizing audits and seeing what needed done and when. Initially prior to 2021 E/M guideline changes, the program was very helpful in determining overall MDM levels.
Training and support team are available however having them as a middle person for integration is frustrating.
I love the reports that can be generated with the data collected.
Uploading bulk notes doesn't work well, can't separate out automatically within software. Cannot report out by comments used.
I have been using Audit Manager for a little over 5 years and have been extremely happy with the product. The pricing at the time that we were looking for audit software drew our attention.
Overall, love the product. It increases our productivity.

The ability to have a central repository for all the data is very helpful and increases efficiency. Also, the software is really easy to use and provides a great deal of flexibility.
Attempts to correct this with assistance from ETQ has failed so far. Management is souring on the use of this software due to a decrease in technical support.
Overall wonderful experience with it, for compliance of QMS on large industry its a good option, further modification and customization can be done by changing QMS scenarios.

The biggest grip we have with this software is the lack of reporting capabilities. There are some out of the box feature, but they are dated and limited in functionality.
Once you get a module up and running as a pilot, rolling out to other facilities is extremely easy. Notifications and Views significantly improve ability to manage activities and required follow-up.
Doesn’t work very well for managing Solidworks files. It lacked linking of related documents.
Analyze the opportunity of improvement with its cost is easier with this software.

Sensational, probably my favorite tool to use while completing testing. Genuinely get excited when I find a good opportunity to use it.
I feel a lack of info regarding distributing the software itself using different deployment tools.
The casting function of the financial statements is awesome as it does not only casts but provides an idea of how the calculations were derived.
Probably because I'm new to using it, that I keep using the wrong extraction tool.

Easy to install and free, nice tool to write SQL queries. Important for data analysts and a good tool on the market.
Error messages are not well explanatory. If you are stuck with an issue, it is difficult to get a support.
Overall MySQL is an amazing database for any kind of application. It is robust with almost every feature an application needs.

Really large databases become slow and need a lot of maintenance. Error messages are often vague and unhelpful so finding what went wrong requires a lot of work.
Great database for open-source but commercial products as well. It has very good performance and lots of additional features (like log-based replication) included without additional cost.

Worst thing is that in scenarios with multitenant databases with somewhat mediocre load MySQL starts to leak memory.

Has been the most popular relational database until recently. Has a great workbench application.
When ever the database gets bigger and bigger, the performance gets poor. For more complex issues, there are no proper documentation to support it.
This is the beat transactional and relational database solution, i am having a great experience with this, all the dump and require are very easy with commands like msqldump.
My overall experience with MySQL is fantastic, it is extremely reliable and fast, it's supported out of the box by all major cloud providers, and the support is top notch.
It is a very well-documented software, also well supported especially by the community. It also has a few nice to have syntaxes on top of the common SQL ones like LIMIT (looking at you Oracle).

MY SQL is a great product bets suited to smaller to medium sized businesses or for the quick proof of concept or pilot project in larger settings. Easy to get started with , easy to use.
There for it helps to work fast your software and there for I think using MYSQL is a good investment for developing a software.
I also quite appreciate how fast the software is able to run, as long as you have configured it properly, and the fact that it can be run on any connection makes it perfect.

These are not the only things being an open source projects the community developer support is by far the best i have ever seen even commercial products don't have this kind of support.
Configuration, initiation, and maintenance are simple and easy. Compatibility and integration with various enterprise software, languages, and build tools make it a great database management system.

The ease with which I was able to convert our existing spreadsheets into documents to import into asset panda was a godsend.
We found a way around it later but lost valuable time and wasted resources.
Great Customization Options, Almost everything can be adjusted and changed to fit my Needs. Great Costumer Support through out the Process from First contact to Boarding to ongoing support.
My only challenge is the lack of conditional fields while performing actions.
The ability to use a mobile app as the barcode scanner is extremely helpful. The integration with Zendesk is also a huge asset to my team.
It sometimes was a little confusing to use, especially when we were looking for specific items, this could just be because we weren't very used to the product.
Asset Panda makes asset management a breeze. This software has made it easy to monitor and manage our assets at the click of a button.
Only complaint I have at the moment is that the website doesn't seem to remember my login information between sessions, even when clicking the "remember me" option.
I really loved the ease of use of the software and the format of the program. It was extremely easy to use for anyone that is not very tech savy.
Barcode functionality makes scanning to add and view devices seamless. Great tool for tracking company assets.
However, as the company admin, my favorite thing about Asset Panda is the customer service. Everyone is always so quick to respond and is extremely helpful whether by online chat, phone, or email.

I love how easy it is to correspond with the client and reject/accept workpapers. I have heard only good things from the client regarding this.
Example: I am having problems with XYZ feature. Support response: I'm sorry you are having a problem with XYZ feature.
Our experience has been fantastic as the clients and team members enjoy the ease of use and how the format is consistent year over year.
Some of the features lack logic. Should be able to drag and drop requests or easily move around.
I appreciate how easy it is to import lists and drag and drop items into categories. I also appreciate the fun quirks like jokes and messages when signing out.
Client's inability (or apparently inability) to create lines themselves when they want to upload additional documents.
Our clients love it as well as it makes it easier to upload support. The numbering system along with the scroll-able items at the top is a great feature as well.
When using the product in conjunction with rapid requesting and answering our client's get lost in seeing what new items are added.
Suralink is easy to learn; I haven't had any customers who are new to the software need help from me on how to navigate or upload/download documents which is a huge win.
I love this software for public accounting. This is a great tool to use with clients to keep the audit on track and organized in terms of what is needed from them before, during, and after the audit.
It is a very good software that provides an ease between the client and the business. I would recommend to other organization as it opens the line of communication.
I have had the best experience with the customer support feature as well, it easy to use and my issues are resolved within minutes most of the time.

I do not have experience with other software's so not certain how to compare. It would be great if it could integrate with iChannel.
