magicplan is a remodeling estimating solution that helps contractors, remodelers, and restorers use augmented intelligence to scan and measure the interiors of a property. The white label platform allows administrators to add 360-degree images or photos, create 2D and 3D sketches, record field documentation, and leave notes or markups on designs using a centralized dashboard.
Managers can place furniture and other structural objects on layouts or floor plans, calculate material quantities, and generate project data to share with stakeholders. It offers single sign-on functionality, which enables teams to manage accounts and collaborate with teams on a unified interface in real-time. magicplan also lets professionals use custom forms and price lists to automatically produce quotes.
The solution enables businesses to manage multiple workspace projects, configure role-based access across files, and export field reports as well as estimates to share with clients or partners. It also offers integration with Dropbox, OneDrive, and Google Drive to store and manage files.
