Pros and cons

We as an educational organization like this software to capture the leads with their automated chatbot. It's really good and very effective with the flow.
The safe and sturdy built and the ease of handling is the two main qualities I like the most of the extraedge.
Seamless integration with mobile app, great filter options, customer service is up to the mark and interaction, nurturing and conversion makes easier.
It's required high speed internet and sometime had some technical problems.
Analytics and the login process where in there is no functionality to reset through OTP or first login reset.
Some features are of no use. Only few filter options are available while entering lead many options are available.

innovative software

It has been wonderful working with the entire team. the product has helped us streamline internal processes for the Outreach activity which in turn has brought clarity to the work and also the efficiency of the Outreach team. this has helped in focusing on potential admissions resulting in better conversion rate.

Pros

There was a great need sometime back for a CRM for managing the admissions to edu institutions. the run of the mill commercial CRM's couldn't fill this gap. Extraaedge is a perfect fitment to satisfy the need. Being started by a team of committed and passionate young entrepreneurs, their hunger to learn and adapt the product to meet the customer requirement is commendable.

CRM review

I feel it has given an edge for work from home employees and gave it more meaning by increasing the professional/business quotient while working from home for employees due to real time tracking of activities. It increases the coordination/competition as a team as well. The overall experience has been good and supportive from team who resolved queries which were raised with them and various features were updated as per our specific requirements as well.

Pros

I find the reports section to be most dynamic and useful based on different criteria. Also allowing us to search with our own required section in search option ( MMU ID) is really helpful. proper log of all the activities for a lead and email templates to quickly send as required. Customer support is very responsive. And the system allows us to add fields through setting ourselves. Would like to add the location tracking is painfully accurate too in mobile CRM.

Cons

It does not allow us to merge existing leads. We have faced situations where we could use this feature. Sometimes there is a lead with existing details -email and phone and student happens to call from another number which gets logged in automatically ins system sue to mobile CRM- now we have 2 entries of same student. And the only thing we currently do is close/delete one of them.

Following are the Pros, 1) The software is very user-friendly. 2) It can be used with WEB or APP also. 3) It is very simple and saves time. 4) The various feature like bulk messaging, email is possible for targeted leads. 5) No need to remember all the thing as it will remind you for necessary works and follow ups.

Cons

Just one cons as I had used its mobile app as after using it . 1) The peroneal number can be added by mistake and difficult to delete is as admin has the right to delete.

Best Software to use

I found it's features it very convenient to use, very easy to manage & control the leads. It's quite convertible and authentic rather than others. But in some parts we can't edit or put the dates, notes on which is sometimes hassle. In overall I recommend it is very useful and reliable software.

Pros

I was facing quite problems on using previous software but extraaedge is fulfilling my needs. It's quite reliable, authentic and easy to use and get the authentic result.

Cons

Features are quite impressive & very manageable & easy to use. We can filter the leads and manage the leads very easily.

Overall it's used for calling. Doing calling is easy but required high speed internet thus had some problems in functioning. The report generated for daily active calling time gives wrong information. Also it will not calculate the time which is lapsed during the not responding, not reaching etc. calls. Also not count the call if I made the call twice or more for the same number on the same day.

As an administrator, the Lead assignment feature is very useful for us. Also, the inbuilt Email Marketing feature is good.

Cons

Sometimes, whenever we do some changes in the lead data- in the comments section, the changes are not reflected afterward.
