Knak allows businesses to setup approval workflows and provide role-based access to members across different departments to allow them to add, update, or delete content, enabling teams to collaborate on projects. It offers a host of features such as automated URL tracking, data synchronization, multi-brand management, customizable themes, user permissions, and more. Marketers can also design custom landing pages and marketing emails using the built-in template library.

Knak offers an extension for Google Chrome, which lets internal communication, legal, executive, customer support, sales, and HR teams send branded emails to clients. It also supports integration with various third-party applications including Marketo, Eloqua, Gmail, Intercom, Microsoft Outlook, SAP Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and more.
