A good feature is chat search, allowing you to lookup previous chat messages to track discussions and verify plans and information shared in chat.
Pros
The software/service provides ad-hoc meetings and conferencing along with text based chat, document management and integration with other Microsoft products.
Cons
Most users will only utilize basic chat and conference features as document sharing and management is almost an afterthought.

Chat is OK. File management is OK for simple use cases, horrible for complex use cases but can be "fixed" if you're willing to look at SharePoint that sits behind Teams.
Pros
Quick to set up initially, pleasant looking user interface, significant functionality out of the box.
Cons
I must switch what's showing in my one window to move back and forth -- how incredibly primitive! File storage is stilted and awkward in Teams.

Very good, it increased productivity, good online meeting experience, some flaws like file storage and creating new channels but overall it is a great product.
Pros
Integration of third party applications ensures that we don't need to leave the application to use the other apps.
Cons
We have to create new team channels from scratch and cannot replicate one, it has to be done automatically.

The software interface is difficult to figure out, with obvious design conflicts of the classical and the metro app era.
Pros
It has a decent authorization feature, fairly well integrated with the other parts of the Microsoft ecosystem.
Cons
While claiming, much like the fictional machine, that this software can cover all your team management needs, it fails spectacularly at all of them.

Pros
Easy permission management using Office365 Groups.
