It supports both attended remote support and unattended remote access, allowing technicians to connect to devices from any location without requiring VPN configuration. Organizations use ISL Online to troubleshoot issues, reduce downtime, and manage distributed devices across remote and hybrid environments. Attended remote support: Technicians can remotely view and control desktops, transfer files, switch monitors, and communicate via chat or audio/video. Sessions can be recorded, paused, resumed, or transferred between operators. Unattended remote access (ISL AlwaysOn): Provides persistent access to remote systems through a lightweight agent.
