The best part about monday is the ease of collaboration. My team is able to update each other on project/process progress, share data and files, and provide feedback, all without the deluge of emails.
The worst thing about monday is how easy it is to create too many monday boards. It is important to keep a clean workspace and not overburden the team.

We don't drop the ball anymore. Monday keeps us on-track and carry through on all projects. The fact that we are so organized makes us close deals and impress prospects, specially in such a disorganized industry as IT.
Easy of use and how flexible it is. All our customers and prospects have different needs and projects.
Some feature could still be improved. However, what matters the most is there.

Provides some structure (red, yellow, green status, links to Drive) without being inflexible. We dropped in a lean project and executive reporting set of rules without having to rely on a bunch of manual workarounds. The team can collaborate internally and externally with our clients. "Done" items are clearly distinguishable, as are trouble spots and emerging risks.
A seriously AMAZING System! The balance of its simplicity and functionality is just genius! A very simple, super responsive and yet customisable workflow organization app that can really do much more than it was intended for
Bundled licensing would be nice, particularly since we have some contractors that work on short term projects. We have to decide if we want to pay for them to have a license or if we'll just manage them outside of the system.

I design and build mobile apps and websites with a team. Having researched many different project management softwares I started with a trial version. The ease of use, interface and functionality of monday.com combined with their desktop app made this a winner. I can assign tasks, keep up with where I am for my parts of the project, track sales leads with ease and stay on top of my 200 clients. Not having to pay per client saves me a lot of money and paying yearly also reduces the cost. My advice. Try this one. Its a winner.

for lead generation there isn't a good way to automate a email campaign - its still very manually done with uses a lot of human capital

When you make copies, it’s a little annoying having to always delete the copy out of the copied item but otherwise LOVE MONDAY!

Everything is clear and easy to see, we can see what the rest of the team has quoted and where they're at with their leads. Also useful for our sales admin team to be able to view quotes without searching through emails and excel sheets.

It has been great overall, but have spent way too much time building boards out to find that they are too complicated.
I love how much there is to customize while allowing me to communicate with my team!
It is really hard to implement because of how much you can do. I wish I could share my need and have assistance with a great board build.

More productivity on our team. We also got to be more efficient with our clients.
The way we can build special boards depending on the clients or needs we have at the moments. I really enjoy the way we can distribute the workflow on clients and on internal affairs it really allows us to be more efficient.
It takes time to get used to it. It's not as easy to learn as other. And I would like a survey at the beginning to know how to build your first board, depending on your specific needs instead of having all available.

Monday.com is our primary platform for collaborating, visualizing, and managing projects. But it is not just project management - it is flexible and adaptable to fulfill so many needs. You can create boards for Product Roadmaps, operational resource tracking, CRM, production tracking, marketing schedules, and so many other things. Monday.com is different from many project management tools in that is flexible, highly visual, do not rely heavily on hierarchy. Its strength is a focus on displaying a clear process. It's simple, manageable, and transparent.
The name. It gets confusing sometimes. Also, there is pretty drastic lack of integrations, which will hopefully come soon. Monday is able to be a lot of things, but some companies are not in a position to use it as such and need better integration with other platforms.

I liked Monday.com overall, the drag/drop functionality and the gant and kanban view options were great. I also liked the usability of the software over some of the others we reviewed. Ultimately I'm not sure if we will go with Monday.com because we really are looking more for a CRM/Project management tool in one.
I liked the aesthetic of Monday.com the most. It was easy to use and I was able to teach myself how to use the software by utilizing the many tutorials and video/webinars. Monday.com is a great task manager and provides a lot of automation to the 'remembering' of project management.
I wanted more from the software in terms of reportability. I'd like to be able to customize reporting and this seemed like a limited option for Monday. We also were hoping for a robust CRM component to the software and this too was lacking for this particular application.

As of now, what I least like is the new design. I tried it and I had to go back to the old one. The new one is very slow and I dont like the lines.

I researched similar products and chose to implement Monday.com for three main reasons: First, it offers a wide range of templates which provide useful starting points for my minor customizations. Second, I liked the ease of use and especially the useful app. Third, this feature is simple but powerful - the ability to easily set project milestones and both name and pick colors for all of these. At a glance, the colors show me where my project is at any given time!
I've only really scratched the surface of the full power of Monday.com. I'm able to start using it for Customer Resource Management and I'm looking forward to seeing how it performs with sales pipelines and forecasting. In short, everything I've used to support my business workflow has been right on target!

We have been able to be more organized with the process of making sure things are being done in the same order as one another. We each have separate parts to make the whole, so it has really been a hero in helping us maintain efficiency in a timely manner.
I love how easy this software was to learn as well as customize to our teams needs. We have been able to be more organized as a company and achieve better results with the help of Monday.
So far I have no complaints about the software!
