The ability to install the Always On application from within ISL Light is perfect for less capable customers and for occasions where reboots are required or network connectivity is intermittent. The ability to manage all of our client devices into groups with alias' for each device is excellent. Connections are rapid and the quality is good. There are some really helpful features like the pointing device, monitor switching, video session recording, chat facility. I use most of these consistently throughout the day and have experience very few problems. Accessing Macs is bit more difficult but still doable.”
