• Voice biometrics: This component verifies the identity of the speaker, which analyzes multiple characteristics of the voice, such as pitch, tone, and rhythm.

• Speaker characteristics: This component extracts information about the speaker, such as gender, age, emotion, and accent, using GoVivace's patented technology, which can help to personalize the interaction and analyze the customer behavior.

• Speech synthesis: This component converts text to speech, using GoVivace's patented Text to Speech technology, which can generate realistic and natural speech in multiple languages and voices, using generative AI
