For the agent, they can do everything in Zoho Desk. This was nice as they never really login to Zoho Voice. We wanted the ability for voice mails to auto-create a ticket. We also wanted to use the text feature, but that doesn't work.

A lot of duplicate tickets and notifications as they are not well configured in conjunction with Zoho Voice's own notifications. A bit disjointed.
