I use QuickBooks to manage my business’ finances. Refunds I process in HB do not sync to QuickBooks which creates manual work for me. HoneyBook adds the customer’s email address to the customer name field when creating the customer in QuickBooks. The email address should sync over to the email address field in QB.

Less work for me since it integrates with QB and I can add a contact form to my website that links back to HoneyBook.

All sales go directly into QB so that upcoming payments and expenses in QB can be allocated to separate clients.

Making sure all payments are synced properly for tax purposes. It saves hours of batch reconciliation.

It helps solve some of the issues in creating projects for inquiries from the Knot and WeddingWire.

Allows me to send invoices & contracts via Gmail, but without ever leaving the HoneyBook platform.

The new Gmail widget saves time for me when I'm juggling leads or working my second job.

Honeybook seamless integrates with my business calendar (Gmail & Google Calendar) to show me all current bookings as well as recent inquires to avoid any missed events or potential double-bookings.

My business is based on dates. I can not be in two places at once so I need to be sure I am available.

I use Google calendar for my personal scheduling so having them overlap is very important.
