I consider that the platform works fine, and the visualization have improved with the latest release, looks modern.

Excellent recognition platform to connect with other people.

Why even bother awarding points

I've been working with Achievers for over 3 years and I can honestly say it's only gotten better over the years. We have had 3 CSMs within my time which can be difficult once you get to working really well with one, you're moved to another but I understand the needs of the business and appreciate that Achievers always keeps their employees moving upward. There have been a few times where we have to double check the work that is done or requested from a case which can be time consuming but those are few and far between. All-in-all we really enjoy using Achievers!

I use Achievers on a daily basis. To recognize teammates for exceptional behaviors, thank collaborators, show gratitude to teammates who have helped me succeed in anything. I also use Achievers to distribute sales incentive contest prizes in the form for recognize points distribution. This is a way to award good behavior and to honor our sales teammates for achieving their goals.

I think it's a powerful tool to express our gratitude to the team we work with. I've recently noticed an improvement in the exchange and delivery of electronic certificates, which has made the experience simpler and more intuitive. Using illustrations such as images or GIFs in the recognitions allows us to personalize what we want to express. It´s been a great experience to feel recognized by others and understand the value and impact of your everyday activities.

Achievers has been partner oriented from the beginning. Our contract signing got delay due to the pandemic but Achievers stuck with us when we didn't have great answers to timing as we navigated the unknown of 2020. From there it continues to be amazing. They've provided our organization a recognition platform that is easy to use and has provided us great retention and engagement results.
