Sirve para llevar un control de horarios con los trabajadores, así como poder teletrabajar ya que están en todo momento cumpliendo con los check al meter las horas laborales.Permite gestionar de una forma eficiente las vacaciones para coordinar al equipo.También puedes llevar las nóminas a través de esta herramienta.
Es una herramienta que permite muchas posibilidades, y para sacarle el máximo partido lo más recomendable es buscar a un partner premium de Zoho, son empresas especializadas que te ayudan con la consultoría , implementación y formación.

En general, es una muy bien aplicación para poder tener un seguimiento global de lo que sucede en la empresa, ayuda a ver el crecimiento de los empelados y también a verificar su asistencia y se puede usar en cualquier dispositivo.
Se trata de un software bastante bueno para poder realizar un seguimiento con el horario, asistencia, incorporación e seguimiento de los empleados. Además, posee un rendimiento bastante bueno y permite sincronizar los datos en cualquier sitio web.
En contra, puede llegar a ser un poco difícil su uso, ya que posee muchísimas características que no son explicadas, así como funciones esenciales que hace que se limite su uso. Por otro lado, su versión móvil está algo obsoleta y tarda mucho en cargar los datos.

I have been using this software since 2019.It is very smooth to use. From Employee managament to Attendance Tracking in time sheet , you get them all in zoho people.You can also apply for leave ,regulise your time , track your meetings, files and form handling through online.There is one more option named as 'Raise grevience' , here you can add any of problem you facing through work and it directly connect to HR so you will get the solution in 2-3 hrs.
Sometimes it didn't show your balance leaves and time regulisation may took time.

Overall, it is a complicated tool, it is not that easy to use, the only good part is that it is customizable, but I would not recommend it.
Zoho is very customizable and has an API with which you can integrate what you need. You can create forms and use them according to your needs.
Its not intuitive, it is hard to use, the support team is in India and it is hard to match time with them to get something fixed, they ask to get remote access to fix the issue every time, which means that for that time you cannot do anything on your computer while they are on there, and sometimes they just take too long.

Zoho and its products have enticed us to try and get all available products, we have tried trial for 6 months and bought at our office for long term use for our CEO. THis has made a real difference in growth of our productivity hence revenue.
TImesheets, Personal details storage, attendance, compensations, intricate details of every menu, complete control to admin to change and set up the desired configuration, I can say Zoho are working hard and delivering results. Perfectly working android app, makes it able to use all features on the move. Office restrictions as you need, technical and non-technical. Excel file reports are nearly un-editable, this ensures 100% valid.
Sometimes the mobile app goes down or is under development.

Zoho People is an important tool with many benefits and uses. It's especially great for learning and training resources.
I set up Zoho People quickly without frustration thanks to the user friendly and intuitive interface. I like that so many resources can be managed from one application and for a low price. Employee scheduling tracking and timesheets are some important features that beneft us They're easy to use and efficient.
I've been frustrated with bugs and buffering (After following troubleshooting procedures and resets I determined that my computer and/or connection were not the problem)

It ensures that every detail is taken care of when onboarding new employees. It's easy to keep track of employees' usual work hours. When creating online forums, simple to utilize.
This is basically the best suit for managing people. Zoho makes it simple to check in and out, track location and timing, and quickly regularise. It facilitates HR's day-to-day office monitoring.
It takes very little time for the right display after check-in. The smartphone app is deficient. It Has no rewards platform

Our company is very happy we've implement Zoho People as an integrated HR management solution for our global workforce. Its ability to automate end-to-end workflow processes and provide self-service portals for employees eliminates the bottlenecks in the operation and is the perfect support our growing company needs to make onboarding, scheduling and even updating of employee information across relevant records quick and easy. The UI looks great and there are so many options for customization of our forms and sections. It also has an API for any integration you might need.
There might be a bit of a learning curve for some people when navigating the user interface at first. But once they got the hang of it, our end-users were quite happy with the great help that the software can provide the organization.

Zoho permet de mettre un premier pied dans la gestion de planning mais le besoin de fonctionnalité plus poussées se faire rapidement ressentir et donc le besoin de migrer vers un autre outil.
Zoho est un outil aux nombreuses fonctionnalités qui permet de gérer facilement des projets, une équipe, leur attribuer des tâches etc. De plus la version gratuite permet à une petite entreprise de facilement gérer les plannings.
Cependant la version gratuite de Zoho limite trop vite les fonctionnalités qui permettent d'avoir une planification plus souples des agendas, des taches, des heures etc. Et l'ergonomie de l'application n'est pas optimale.

What i like and what i use most in zoho people is its daily check-in and check-out feature that s how we can track time of our working, Second feture i liked most is its leave management which shows use how many leaves remaining and all the details about employees too
sometimes i face issues while using it with my mobile devices. there has been some some glitches and bugs in mobile devices

It is easing down going through different apps, it has integrated HR management, self management, ticketing tool, performance management etc.
It is a great tool to track your performance and set your goals. It is very efficient which self management to track your attendance, apply for leaves, & reimbursement. We can also raise tickets using zoho.

ok platform for the value.
Implementing Zoho People helped us automate some of the processes, such as leave requests, birthday celebrations, annual reviews reminders. I appreciate very much the flexibility of the platform, it is very customisable and supports particularities for various types of companies.
I had a tiny language barrier while implementing the platform. I can't think of anything else.

Lo que mas me ha gustado de la herramienta es que es muy útil a nivel usuario, poder registrar tus horas de trabajo con un solo clic. Además de que puedes solicitar tus vacaciones, días de permiso etc muy fácilmente. También puedes ver tus nominas y contratos.Me parece una plataforma muy organizada.
Es una herramienta que tiene un abanico abierto de muchas posibilidades, y para sacarle el máximo provecho lo más recomendable es buscar a un profesional que te ayude a utilizarla la herramienta, en este caso lo mas adecuado sería buscar un partner premium de Zoho, que son empresas especializadas en consultoría , implementación y formación.

When I used this product at a former position I had the luxury of a full team of colleagues to help with set up. If you are a small business or a one man show you don’t need this tool. There a a lot of free or less expensive options to manage teams/tasks.
It was not difficult training team members how to manage tasks once the instal and data transfer was complete however it was a lot of work getting started.
As mentioned the set up was tricky. Customer support was not always an available so it to a long time to launch.

The overall experience with Zoho people is really good.
Zoho has made it easy to measure the performance of the employee. The best features of Zoho are attendance tracking, regularizing the attendance, tracking the holidays and leaves, and performance measurement.
There are no aspects of the products that are difficult to use, however, there should be some modifications while we measure one's performance. for example, while selecting a rater who has worked with us only on 1 project can rate us only on that.

I am using this HR management software with my current organization. It is very helpful and easy to use in regards to log my daily attendance, leave application and other HR related activities. It is easily integrated with other softwares which my organization uses. It is also very cost effective based on the features it provides.
The UI can be enhanced and sometimes it does lag while using certain features. This is my only recommendation to the Zoho team to work upon.

The integration of different ZOHO products is a great and easy alternative for everyone who needs their features. With ZOHO People, I can manage our company’s employees right after hiring them. The possibility of transfer of the initial files from the database in ZOHO Recruit is an amazing start for this software. With ZOHO People, managing of attendance and leaves are possible, time clocks are available for employee time tracking and human resource management features are of great help to me.
The slow response from the tech support team is a little bit discouraging. One thing that needs improvement is the polishing of the great features that they already have. With the hundred of features they are trying to create and embellish into the software, there is no space for improvement.

Very, very, very disappointed in the customer support at Zoho People. We tried calling customer support and got a voicemail. I have sent emails and no response. If the interface was more user friendly I would not have to call them. Coming from WIW the customer service was amazing. Now we don't even get a response.
Tons of features that some of the other time tracking programs don't have
Not the most user friendly. Then on top of that you are lucky to get anyone to respond to customer support inquiries.

It is very difficult for me to track what employees do and why we pay them money - in the company, although about 10 people work, each of them performs completely different tasks. i think the code need refactor and more work in performance
zoho people integrated with other zoho product so i can start chat on zoho people and continue the chat on zoho cliq, have many feature so i can do alomst any thing

As of now I never faced any issues using Zoho People but sometimes when you try to log in it will show you've logged in but after some time it will show you're not. It may be internet issues or other issues but in general, it's good.

The user Interface needs to be improved. Very difficult set OKR and KRA and Mapping these too!
