The best feature of monday.com is its ability to help you integrate your tasks into your calendar. The easy to use tool allows you to efficiently manage projects and meet deadlines.
The software spam your inbox with many unwanted mails. Unable to track project goals easily.
Visually stunning and satisfying great tool helps in smooth management of our projects, ditching the need for any spreadsheets and manual tracking.
We eventually stopped using this software because the UI was very limited in it's features. Our team didn't really catch on, and we abandoned the software after a year.
I really love a lot about Monday. It's clean, has a beautiful design, easy to use and just overall a great product.
Terrible with the customer service. We are now actively looking for a replacement.

We are pleased that what we thought we were buying is what we ended up with as our end product. Overall we are very pleased.
While it is a good thing, so an outsider/average user it can be confusing or intimidating.
Overall, a great experience with Visual Planning. From implementation, to customization, training, support - it's all great and the platform helps us run much more efficiently than we were previously.
Initial setup and customization require a bit of time and effort which can be a hurdle for small businesses or teams with limited resources.
Visual Planning is a perfect project management platform which helps to improve collaboration.
It isn't a 2 minute setup, which won't work too well for small businesses, as it front loads some of the costs.
During the development and implementation phases , we had superb customer service from Oakfield Software. They were always on hand , either via email or on the phone We could not fault them.
Very friendly for dev/admin teams. Technical product Support is very good.
The flexibility is the best feature. We can easily create views and displays and customize the software.
It is now easier to 'see' the key data, manage it and share it, making it highly valuable for the business and allowing us to operate efficiently and effectively.

I integrated it into my payroll and it worked flawlessly. The overall quality is good.
Not anything specific that I don't like or that doesn't make this product bad.
We love that your product is customizable and that you have a great team of specialists who listen, understand our business and helped create the product / service that we need.
There is nothing that I haven't been able to work through to dislike.
The product is very user friendly. I like the bold colors and easy to find resources on the various pages.
The work required to fix all of these was just too much so we stopped using the services.
I can usually find anything I am looking for and I like that there are different ways to approach things. And if not, the support team is excellent.
Limited reporting on attendance and changes. Mobil application not available.

I like the ease of logging in and the reports that are generated.

Perfect price for much software with a good usability and a really perfect personal support.
Limited Space/Admins (more only with extra pay). No interaction with RFID/NFC.
Very easy to use and a great support team that helps very quickly.
Missing Economic implementation and can be a little timeconsuming/difficult to use.
We use Rentman a lot of years and its a great software, flexible and innovative.
No offline version or option to work offline then sync with server. You can't add items via your phone app quickly, only if item has barcode.
Implementation support and daily support is fast and helps our processes moving forward adequately. Data maintenance is very friendly and fast (Items, crew, contacts).
The only negative I have is the UI on mobile devices, but that's fairly prevalent in most management softwares, as there is a lot of data needing to be displayed on the screen at one time.
On top we got some really nice planning modules that no accounting software developer could ever think of for our industry needs.
The price structure makes sense and is is easy to add users. Rentman has better customer support and includes an integrated Teamviewer for live support.

Due to its simplest CSV data transfer possibilities, it is very easy to integrate it with other software and also bring information from one software to another.
Calculating shipping costs is so easy now. The reps can book items and see what their total weight is. I'm not wasting time on projects that may or may not confirm.
I am more than satisfied although I understand the difficulties to presenting the product to all my colleagues.

Very simple to access, no redirecting to other pages I think everyone can be capable to use it. I like the reporting and ability to download the data, the TSheets is clean is smart.
Since I have to complain, I would say that some of the windows and sub windows scroll in odd ways and are sometimes difficult to scroll through.
Customer service is excellent, good help line, they meet our needs at the office. my self would recommend my friends and family to try on this platform.
The time off notification confused the users sometimes, when the admin changes the time off info, it should not send the notification to user, the user will get confused when did I do that.
The customer service is superb, tailoring tutorials to your needs. I've talked to several different customer service onboarding specialists and they all were great.
Having to manually add payroll mapping each time a new employee is added seems ridiculous - this should be more seemless as it syncs with QuickBooks.
Your team is knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and always upbeat. You can tell that they genuinely care and love their jobs.
I have had to log in and out a few times and reset my password to get the hours to track, that was disappointing.
It is responsive, accurate and easy to use. Great GPS tracking, great for job costing and helping employees track their time to jobs accurately as they switch between jobs throughout the day.

What I like most about the software is the ability to add your appointments quickly to your google calendar. Its been very helpful with managing which appointments I have up for the week.
I am fuming when I block off appointments. People can still book in may have to book appointments in to stop this.
What I like most about the software is the ease of use and simplicity. It works extremely well to schedule clients and then takes some automation out of the followup process which is helpful.
Some of the functions are hidden in weird spots - it may make more sense for larger orgs but for small and single traders, managing preferences out of the 'calendar' section is a bit weird.
This is a super powerful platform to get up and running with and there are lots of awesome tutorials on YouTube for nearly any configuration you can imagine.
At this point in my usage, I am unable to make negative comments.
I love everything about the software so far. From setting up my schedule to having clients book themselves and using the zoom integration for creating automatic calls is awesome.
I don’t like that it is difficult to use with two different websites. I basically have to pay for two subscriptions because it can be difficult to plug in if it has to be used this way.
I liked that I can give special discounts and how user friendly it is to set up, even more non techies like myself. Love how easy it is to link to my website.
My overall experience has been great, I liked the idea of a free trial. I had tried the trial and like how simple the site made booking to my clients.
I am overall very pleased and love how I can update my availability so easily. The integration to all my calendars is so helpful.
The ability for our customization from offerings, to schedules has made this a perfect and economical solution.
Honestly, this was the most seamless and easy program to use. I have been incredibly impressed and have recommended it highly to others in my business network.
