Most people prefer to pay with a card so it is very important that there's a software that allows you to process payments this way.

Would be good if it could automatically calculate Stripe processing fee (plus the fee on the fee) and add to order.

It’s important to match the products and services for when we pulling our financial information into Quickbooks.

Without the Stripe integration we couldn't get paid, so it is critical. And luckily it works flawlessly.

Acceptance of credit cards and immediately getting payments vs. waiting for cash the day of rental

Wordpress is easy to set up and use, just as Booqable. You can fix or modify both of them within minutes.

Customers use our website to make reservations, so Squarespace integration is critical. We have had some issues over the past few years but have been able to work with the tech support team to solve them.

My website is how I reach most my customers and they book equipment rentals through my site so the integration was critically important.

Customers love our website and I didn’t want to remake it yet. Just nice to be able to implement Booqable into the website easily.

This was crucial that we could use a booking software with Squarespace as our web designer only designs on Squarespace

With Zapier we can export all the data when an invoice is created and send it to our QR-Code creation software. This let us combine QR-slips with our invoices, so customers can scan them to pay (which is mandatory in our country).

Used for linking to our online accounting (Xero). But considering turning this off as not required and difficult to programme links reliably.

I use them to fire off my contracts from Docusign and a Google review after the reservation status is closed

Some people already have their card(s) or bank account set up with PayPal and it is a trusted platform so it is easy for them to get on and make a payment.

Booqable now offers a customized website as well, so the Weebly integration is not really needed anymore.
