Great call and form submission tracking software. It has a lot of integrations and always adding new ones. Support is responsive to inquires, which is another plus.

We use this everyday, its a requirement for most clients. 

I am able to call on behalf of my companies in real time with a localized telephone number.  I am able to provide accurate calling data to my companies that contributes to my success.

The thing I liked most is the ease of dealing, accuracy and its many advantages. All customers do not complain about it. On the contrary, they always say that this great program is very easy and has great potential.

I've been a user of Callrail since 2012. At first, the functionality of knowing how many calls my consulting customers were receiving from various Internet properties was more than exciting. In the last few months, I've activated Dynamic Number Insertion, which solved a big problem with my Local SEO vendor. And now I've gotten into Keyword Pooling, which defines the source of the visit.                                                        I use CallRail to make outbound calls and send outbound text messages to buyers. And I also use it as a way to manage incoming calls and text messages from different lead sources. I like the advanced call flows the most of all the features of CallRail.
                                                       I dislike the app that CallRail has for managing communication with buyers. There's two separate apps, so it would be really great if they could be kind of merged together. And CallRail used to have a feature where you could dial out using actual phone calls, whereas now they've kind of pushed everything towards soft phone audio, which doesn't have the best call quality if wifi is spotty or if cell service is spotty, like internet service. It's kind of hard to hear people.

                                                       I use CallRail on a daily basis to track the incoming calls for my clients. We're able to check to make sure that all of their marketing dollars are spent on leads that are qualified, and we can listen to those incoming calls and rate them inside of CallRail so that the client knows that all the calls that are coming are actually qualified, good candidates for leads.
                                                       I really like how easy it is to set up. Once you create an account, you can be up and running in as little as five minutes to create numbers for new companies takes about two minutes. And you can add numbers to literally any marketing channel, whether you're doing TV, radio, digital billboards, everything can have a call tracking number and you can see exactly who's calling you from where and you know if that marketing channel that you're using is actually worthwhile.
                                                       The least favorite thing of CallRail is, look, support is great but in order to remove a number you do have to call into support to remove that number. As opposed to when you add a number, you can do it inside of your dashboard. It adds that extra step where you have to have the time to call support. But at least support is good and they get back to you right away and get that squared away. But it would be nice if we could remove that number inside of the dashboard.
