Pros
So far the ONEiO team has been very responsive and helpful in terms of support. The team has worked with us on developing features to fulfill our needs as a customer, which is great.
We've had great success integrating our "Remedy ARS 19.8" and our DevOps "Jira" instance which made DevOps really happy because they could continue using their own tool.
Very easy to implement/configure. Support Team very responsive.
Cons
No reporting available at the moment for MSP subscription. Cannot see all my tenants' endpoints status at one glance.
No direct contract, Required partners for contract.
Move feature from QA to Prod, modify resent message and resend.
