The LawPay integration makes getting paid easy, whether it's for invoices for services rendered or for fee deposits for work to be performed. You can link both your operating account and your Trust Account. LawPay's reporting is also very helpful.

It’s a great integration that provides various payment options, giving the client more opportunities to hire you and multiple ways to make payments.

I think LawPay is too pricey. I have found the same services for a lot less, but they don't integrate with MyCase.

Oh my gosh, I get paid so quickly, sometimes literally hours after sending the invoice.

You need to have this to do business and I like how seamless it works with MyCase.

LayPay offers the billing and payment options we need, while MyCase does not.

One of the better integrations, opened up the option to accept credit cards.

Missing deadlines is the number one cause for malpractice in our field. Calendars are important! That being said, I found that MyCase's integration with Google calendars has had some bugs here and there that have been mostly resolved.

Our Firm calendar is VERY important. Being able to link events to specific cases is important and allows us to share important events and event reminders with clients via the portal.

The only problem is that, MC will put an event 'onto'/into your G.Calendar... but it won't 'remove' an event from G.Calendar.

We generally use it for redundancy. I wish google tasks could integrate with Mycase tasks without needing zapier or code.

It doesn't display on my google calendar the details of the case that I want it to display.

most common calendar use and ability to combine features into mycase is super helpful!

I like having a backup calendar, but MyCase is my main preferred calendar.

it doesn't work super well in MyCase and the emails are not integrated in a "dynamic format" - so it's really just informational linking, but can't be used for client follow up later.

The integration with MS Outlook helps me capture my billable time spent on email communications and also helps me to stay organized by effortlessly saving my emails to the file.

We have our email integrated but it is slow. We are in the process of upgrading our Microsoft products to be able to use this more efficiently.

Courtdrive syncs with MyCase, MyCase syncs with Outlook. Outlook then has a widget on my phone which displays my calendar.

Yes. Most of our clients are more comfortable emailing us rather than go through the portal.

Once I was able to see an email from outlook in the communications section, I was amazed

If MyCase goes down for maintenance or whatever, we cannot access our document to continue working. We like the ability for Dropbox to resync with MyCase and keep everything current.

Already using and DropBox has robust features. Integration does not feel seamless so not really using it.

This integration is indispensable for sharing large productions of documents/discovery securely.

We have our email integrated but it is slow. Due to an issue with an outside vendor, some of use had our email moved to the Gmail platform. We are in the process of upgrading our Microsoft products to be able to use this more efficiently.

Being able to quickly assign emails to cases is a great feature and makes billing for the emails so much faster.

Works well with the old integration, would like the new MyCase Mail option to have more granular control
