I have demoed and reviewed many crm software programs and this is by far the cheapest but doesn't skimp on product features. It will include most of the fautures a normal crm would charge double for. Very easy software to navigate and operate. And fully customizable. Price.

I have been using HouseCall Pro for a few months now and it is great! Very easy to schedule jobs, competitive fee structure for credit card processing, and quick disbursements from your HouseCall account to your bank. The interface is simple and easy to use. No issues having the employees open it and be able to figure it out without any training necessary! I was going to get a Square account for my payment processing, but then I discovered HouseCall Pro and I'm so glad I did. I had been manually texting or emailing job info to my employees, but this app makes it so much more convenient and organized! It has done everything I had asked of it and it runs incredibly smoothly. Never had it freeze, crash, etc. Would highly recommend to other small business owners!Ease of Use Pricing Low Fees for Credit Card Processing

Stream lining of dispatching and scheduling at a cost effective price.What we like the most is having a software system that is cost effective and doesn't require a server to do our day to day scheduling and dispatching. Our customer data base, schedule and dispatching needs are just a click away. The reporting feature allows us to keep track of closing ratio's and assist in the figuring of the cost per appointment set along with keeping track of sales, reschedules and follow up appointments all with out breaking the bank. We may not use some of the features that more service based companies would but Housecall pro is a daily staple in our day to day job functions. The customer support offered is like none I have ever seen. They are ever changing to support the needs of their customers and the staff is always prompt, friendly and knowledgeable.

Overall the experience with Housecall Pro is wonderful and it is a great value for the money.There are so many companies pitching the best software these days, but I have found Housecall Pro to be a great data base management tool. It is user friendly in terms of entering client data, creating estimates, and jobs. The customer service is chat based and they answer questions with efficiency. The system has many features that we are not currently using such credit card processing, batch invoicing (I think), and integration with Quickbooks. They also have a Mastermind conference I believe, but we have not attended.

Its very effective at the main tasks of running any sort of service to the home type business. We transitioned over from a much more complicated and expensive tool. This saved us time and money. Its relatively straight forward to learn and use Support is there and effective to help you get whatever needed fixed (dont need to rely on a help search tool, its real people) Relatively inexpensive for a small business. Credit card processing is more cost effective than most banks.

Housecall Pro really helps my business stay organized. Prior to Housecall Pro I used a mixture of paper invoices and spreadsheets to stay organized with my schedule, jobs, and customers. Housecall Pro allows to do everything in one application. The other big advantage is the affordable price. As a small business that has only been in operation a little over a year you learn quickly that it takes time to get your business running in a way where you and the business are both surviving. It is always nice to work with companies that understand small business.Housecall Pro application is so easy to use. You can easily schedule jobs, look up customers, and review job history. This is all included and much more at an affordable price!

I never knew it, but now i feel I couldn't run my business at the current level without HCP. No more daily calendars for the crew. It's all on their phone. They can make changes on site and make sure the customer is charged correctly. Credit card processing is easy and I love that I get an email alert when clients pay. The ability to send quotes and get alerted if/when the customer accepts or declines is great for streamlining our process.The GPS tracking is wonderful. Being able to have customer information typed out instead of trying to read a technician's handwriting. The ease of moving appointments through drag/drop. Our customers love the automatic On My Way text notification.Once you customize the services/prices to your company, the scheduling is pretty quick and easy. the online tech support is excellent and responsive. After comparing many similar products, HCP offered the best value for the money and gave us most of the options we were looking for.
