All in all, it's good. Does what it says it will do on the can, and goes many steps further.
Designed specifically for Form management for colleges and schools, NPF is really good at doing what it does. Over the years, it has been expanding its niche and can now handle the entire chain from lead generation, assignment, nurturing and application to interview and assessment, offer dispatch and acceptance as well as token fee in one single package.
Some features feel redundant or pointless. Login sessions time out really quickly. It has a checkbox for "Remember me on this computer" during login, but leave your session untouched for 30 mins and you get logged out.Sometimes, working with large numbers of data, it can get bogged down and slow. Sometimes, this could be avoided if search and reassignment rules were changed.

Product is Good, Overall experience is also good.
Customer Service members change often in one admission campaign, on every change the person needs to be briefed regarding the back story which make the process slow causing delay.Also they should be open for tech integrations with multiple tools, as they say they are committed for university success. Rather then charging for every integration and every new feature.

Overall experience is good as it helps in sorting and managing all the information needs to nurture and follow up at a single place to all the teams for simultaneously working.
The simplistic dashboard and end user-friendly panel make it very easy to use and implement.
The marketing and communication part needs to be enhanced and updated as per the industry.

I use no paper forms for my lead management on a daily basis. I use features like lead management, managing my leads, following up with them on time. I really like the ease of process which is totally seamless and saves a lot of my time. I also like the reports that are generated through which I can analyze my data, content and overall lead effectiveness.
I feel that NPF currently has all the features that I require and using as well.

Overall my experience with Meritto is absolutely good and I'll definitely recommend each and every organisation and employees to use this for your comfort and low time consumption.
We can get insights from the collection of data and leads which we are managing in Meritto easily.
Sometimes the data fluctuating and taking time to load something which we need in urgent basis but i believe that Meritto team can solve this problem by better work in back-end.

Easy to use. Generates reports that are important. Enables accurate process management.

Actually very satisfactory.
It gives data about every approch, you have implemented and the gray area.

Great experience, The overall experience is good with no paper form software. Hope so forward and good function software is developed.
All the functions in this software are easy and we can use it easily. Data analysis is quite good.
No dues,We do not have Sms Sent option available in pending tasks. Same enquiry become double entry which is quite a problem. Nothing else.

Overall, the Comprehensive admission suite is very helpful in a number of ways especially database management, realtime analysis with the its interactive dashboards
The application management, fee management, user access, and control module are highly appreciable.
The option of resetting the password every now and then is tiresome. Most frustrating is does not let keep the previously used passwords.
