The overall experience is good instead of one which i mentioned in previous question. we can also create a lead and put into a basket as per the lead stage. so, at the time of placing call it's easy to identify the hot/cold/rnr etc leads. Through the follow up list, it's easy to identity that whom i have to call and when, also we can check what we have talked in earlier conversations through follow up list. It is easy to identify the student through any of the following - 
 email/mobile no/name. complete details of student are available on a single screen.

With a great expectation we purchased nopaperform even though we had many options but it was very disappointing to see the things did not settling even after 6 months of usage. Team will never accept anything and always say they are at par no issues or glitches are there in the process.
