This helped us in Student Admission Management. This CRM helped us a lot managing our publishers, campaigns, communication, lead generation.
This is not a modified CRM for universities. It is completely made for University/education institute use. I loved using it. You can manage the publishers also. This is very user friendly, unlike other complicated CRMs. If your team is a beginner and less technical then you should choose this.
They are a bit late to adopt new tools and technologies.

It has helped us in simplifying the application and enrollment process, also the automation and engagement tools are good.
It comes with all the feature required to engage a subscriber like email, sms, whatsapp. Also help in optimizing the online campaign.
Support team can do better. I guess they should hire more people for support.

It been more than 5 months i am using NPF and i feel it is most most easiest software for the people in this educational field.
NPF is the most user friendly software I have used till date. I have been working in the education field for more than 2 years and have used 4-5 other software, but I feel NPF is the most suitable software I came across till date. We can access all necessary details at one click.
I don't feel there is any problem with the NPF, it has always been easy to use and convenient to all the users. But initially I was facing issues with it but as I used it for long time I am liking it more.

Followup and Overdues .Everything is explained with the help of different charts and also publisher panel is very important one can track easily.

Great experience, The overall experience is good with no paper form software. Hope so forward and good function software is developed.
All the functions in this software are easy and we can use it easily. Data analysis is quite good.
No dues,We do not have Sms Sent option available in pending tasks. Same enquiry become double entry which is quite a problem. Nothing else.

Lead Nurturing , Lead Management, Lead Distribution, Performance Analysis
Most of the users are just using this product to take a lead and do cold calling on them, it doesn't identify which lead is nurturing , communication is done on all types of leads

Is fast, easy to set up and requires minimum specialisation. The interface is very instinctive and hassle-free.
The inital setup is slow and a bit frustrating as some features time out. Once set up, it requires a strong internet connection and reloading pages is a big issue.

The over all experience was very positive. I really like the friendly and professional attitude of the NPF team.
What I like about the software is that its very user friendly. it very easy to understand and no need to be to tech savvy to use it. All the information are stored in a very organised and professional manner.

Good so far and should help improve marketing and reduce gaps and black holes of marketing spends.
Ease of use and reliability is unmatched. The features makes life very easy for digital marketing teams on the organization.
The customer support has too many junior employees who sometimes take time to understand things and support TAT isnt the fastest for even basic things. Also some the features like custom widgets, user management requires dependency on the SAAS team. The data security is also not very transparent.

User Friendly which works with both efficiently and effectively. There is absolutely as mention the interface between the user and the system are interlinked each other with reliable effective CRM .
There should be proper inter check of Data Errors, sometimes it may go wrong.
