Helping to bring the business up to date with a system that is modern and innovative. It is user friendly and easy to add new functionalities to it according to the business needs.
Terrible experience I wouldn't recommend to even our biggest competitor, Salesforce is totally unintuitive and with very bad UX. Expensive, hard to use and hard to manage.
As a socially responsible company, it feels good to support another company like Salesforce that is committed to these values too.
There are times when the automation fails and gives back inaccurate data. We have to trouble shoot almost weekly to figure out what happened.
Salesforce remains the best CRM application for growing our business because of the amazing features. Integration of third-party and add-on options it offers.
The only negative aspect I've encountered while utilizing SalesForce is that saving entered data is not done automatically and can lead to losing work.
The ease of use of this software salesforce is amazing. I will would just want to commend the developers and managements of the great work put together.
Built-in email message creation is horrible and unreliable, randomly sending un-formatted and embarrassing messages.

Dashboard is beautiful and love that you can have different graphs to display and show during meeting to impress management.

Overall, Pipedrive has been an awesome tool. It helps stay focused on the most important stuff.
My biggest issue was during the implementation process. We quickly found their programming to be inferior to SalesForce and decided to cut our losses to spend a little more on them.
The quote management function is the best part of this, reminding you of outstanding quotes and previous approved deals.
BUT when we saw that they charged us again for a full year we asked to cancel the service and they refuse to refund us for the unused year because they already charged it.
Pipedrive is now the most preferred sales management tool for our portfolio companies, and it is perfect not to mention the beauty of its interface.
The customer service and the overall functionality of this product is terrible.
I love that Pipedrive has chosen to open up these integrations to all users on their platform. This is huge win for small business owners looking to grow with them.
It's too bad that we couldn't use pipedrive as a CMS in the same time, while other CRMs offered a CMS implementations as well as SEO features. Reporting cost is a bit expensive (200$ per month).
They have some great videos to help with anything that might come up and I am very happy with their customer support. They usually get back to me within a few hours at the latest.

We loved the capability of this system so much, that we have incorporated it for our own order entry at major industry shows. The Perenso Team is awesome to work with.
System is currently in it's infancy and doesn't yet support the same features as its PC counterpart. Currently online only, drops out when phone coverage is lost.
The new iPad app has a nice UI and a great, flexible back end. Love the new Manager view too (for viewing diary entries and orders).
There are no parts of the Perenso package we find not of use to our business.

Two of my favorite features are the ability to correct items/prices/deals during the show and the reporting analytics.
Has some limitations forced upon it by IOS programming drawbacks. Limeted tools for managers currently.

Before we were using 3 different programs to track the orders, to check products availability and manage cases and it was a real disaster.
Clean intuitive interfaces that eliminate a great deal of hassle from end-user education. Robust out of the box solutions for many standard business needs.
We are in process of integration an ERP system with the bpm'online system with help of Partner of bpm'online so that no data was lost or missed out.
If you're looking for an easy-to-use and cost-effective CRM, this is a good one to try. Their process engine is a big advantage as well.
Didn't provide a modular pricing that we can adjust according to what we needs. Design features in marketing is limited.
We liked the easy customization and user-friendly interface. The scalability and security of our data was also important.
The mobile application was only slightly difficult to get used to navigating, but there was a lot of customization on the implementation end.

Pretty good, the speed of use really stopped me from using it and moving to Qwilr. The design kind of turned me away to find something more user friendly that my customers enjoyed looking at.
If I mess something up, it's difficult to modify without starting all over from the beginning. That said, it's more than likely a user issue as opposed to a problem with the software.
The sales, development, and customer service teams have been SUPER responsive and hungry for feedback. It's really impressive how invested they are in continuing to build and improve the product.
Overall it was a terrible experience, from support to the actual product.
User-friendly interface ,simple procedures and seamless integration with other programs, make the progress easy ,even pleasant for both us and clients.
The only thing I struggle with is a slight lag on the website when actually creating content - I am unsure if and why this happens - however, I feel it could be slightly more responsive.
I like that PandaDoc makes it easy for me to create beautiful, professional looking proposals in just a few minutes.
The Technical team is working on this problem since 1 month and they don't manage to send me back my document. The system is not finished.

If I mess something up, it's difficult to modify without starting all over from the beginning. That said, it's more than likely a user issue as opposed to a problem with the software.
The sales, development, and customer service teams have been SUPER responsive and hungry for feedback. It's really impressive how invested they are in continuing to build and improve the product.

The only thing missing that I can think of is that there was no built in social media as a standard part of the platform.
You will have nothing but positive feedback from this software, it is so useful, the email system, when you link it to your Outlook Calendar is amazing as well.
We had employees refuse to use it because they were so frustrated.
You do not have to hire a third party company to make all the changes so your sales team can and will use the CRM. Claritysoft is eager to help make your experience the best it can be.

It works great in terms of keeping track of opportunities, leads, customers etc. I also like that you can log (and track) your emails, notes, calls, and the like.
There is this general issue I have (or struggle with) when it comes to Hubspot is all the different tools that they have and how they all sort of work together but also maybe not.
Deal/contact creation and management is user-friendly and easy, and love the ability to push tasks to myself. I especially love the integration with gmail.
The result is that I have to manually tell it not to enter a personal email into the CRM, which is a pain.
It helps me with my inbound marketing, SEO, CRM and many other needs. The vendor is great and customer service is incredibly responsive and helpful.
And its sometimes hard to know which "hub" you are in and whether that communicates with other places.
The online help has been wonderful. Lots of options to make your business organized once you learn it.
However, pricing & features change so I sometimes mistakenly try to get people on board whilst pricing has gone up or features are missing for the acceptable pricing.
Highly recommended for organizations of any size. Each company will find a great combination of Hubspot modules and versions.

Had a great overall experience with a very responsive support team. The price point is convenient and the product looks perfect for small businesses trying to do CRM.
Hyperlink for the phone number is missing, call task remainder for the company is missing some time we have a company details without contact person.
Bigin is the perfect solution for our startup. I love its interface, deal tracking and ease of use.
There are some features for a client that cannot be removed, or they're by default, so it's difficult to be hiding each of them.
We have had a great experience with Bigin, it was a great alternative while lowering our costs. It offers a great value for the money we pay for it.
Regrettably, we're presently having an issue with the proper synchronisation of emails, but the team is intensely working on this problem.
Bigin is such a great and easy use of software that helps companies get started with a CRM that offers the functionality of becoming more advanced.
I really dislike the fact that there is no dedicated leads page. It makes it very difficult to differentiate between leads and normal contacts.
Lead tracking & Sales Management is a breeze. Most importantly the ability to create custom fields and have them so easily and fluidly embedded onto your lead tracking form is excellent.

Maximizer has been a wonderful experience. Maximizer keeps all of our activities with business organized and the ease of access is wonderful, along with great Tech help when we need it.
The worst aspect of this company is that they aren’t risk free. If you purchase a year software and decide after a few weeks it simply isn’t for your company, there are no refunds.
Great support follow up is quick and responsive, new update is clean and clear, like the new features and the screen and font used.
The inability to do multiple search functions (and, if, or, = etc). Have had a lot of error problems with our CRM since last upgrade.
Above and beyond the cost effectiveness of a sales automation system, the ease of use and ability to map my organization into the system has made user acceptance very high.
Very confusing to learn, has so much it can do that we don't really need. I am just using it the way I have always used the program so much of the software is wasted.
The ease of usage is great. Tracking and closing of task remains top of mind.
At this point it is a difficult process to properly bring the website into the 21st century, since a massive overhaul would leave many existing users lost.
I have many pre-edited documents that automatically get sent and merged with my contacts. I love this software and the amount of time and energies it's saved me over the years.

The comprehensive database, the intuitive tools, the ease of deployment - all of these are appreciated about this product.
Also, there is a hard limit of 1,000 custom fields, which is not something you can even buy more of, which in my opinion is a severe limitation.
It is popular and used by a few other businesses that we know, so we considered it and the functionality is good.
Lack of industry specific columns or trackers. Lack of customization to suit the needs of the industry I was in.
Love the email tracking and wonderful having contacts all in the same place. As a solopreneur, it is like having a virtual assistant.
There have been multiple times where we lost data and data was unretrievable.
The pricing is excellent. We use it mainly to track web hits and who was hitting our website, I have used Lead Forensics in the past and this is as good if not better and it comes for free.
It can be a little overwhelming and confusing all the options that are available.
Love the software and would highly recommend for your clients marketing and having ability to send out 2000 mailers per month free was a great thing.
HubSpot is a fantastic CRM for organizations that want a system that can support all departments such as, sales, client success, customer support, finance and marketing.
Product is easy to use and so easy to get help with. Anyone can figure it out and it's great for collaboration.
The platform is very comprehensive, some features are free and some are chargeable. Take a good look at the tutorials and discover what you really need.
Being able to setup visual email & marketing autoresponders is a big strength of HubSpot and works better than nearly any other system out there. Plus their marketing tracking is top notch.
Excellent organisational tool. Very happy with useful integrations and reminders.
This product is built to serve our needs intuitively and gives us great options to customize the platform to fit our very specific needs. Smart design, always improving and works right.

The team is great with helping you troubleshoot any problems and my team loves how easy it is to use.
And that hurt our webinar registration for that week (which was a bummer) and we found out about this on the day of the webinar.

The major problem is the lack of ability to copy an email to more than the recipient. The lack of this feature is putting the continued use of this product in doubt.
I am so happy to have Active Campaign on board. It is just what I needed to help promote my online program.
I've a problem to pay for my upgrade plan due to an currency problem. The website automatically converts the price to my local currency.
Great training, support, sales, and customer success people. The training, the consulting sessions, and follow ups have all been very well managed and super professional, but also fun.
I actually gave up on ActiveCampaign - discouraged by the lack of support.
I like that it saved a lot of my time through automation. It also helped me get a better understanding of the success rate of my campaigns.
They offer great integration with my Wordpress sites, Facebook fan pages, and Zapier (automations integrated with Eventbrite.) Customer support has always been helpful and friendly.
What I love most about Active Campaign is that it is wonderful to use for lead generation, automation, and building your email list.
I love how I can look after my community with personalised emails, other features like tags and links with website are very useful for CRM.
Hands down it has the most capabilities that I was looking for, with ability to really customize and tailor your automations and email sequences. It was easy to use and extremely reliable.
Features seems comprehensive enough to suit my needs and I trust that my data will be protected. Set up support and training has been fantastic.

Nimble is a great app that helps to keep great interactions with our customers. It helps to track the relationship between each clients and what they need in real time.
It lost me when I had to create a subscription for piesync to integrate other essential applications.
We have been with Nimble for 5+ years and would recommend them to anyone looking for a fast, reliable storage solution with great customer support.
As I am still getting used to the software it is difficult to criticise.
The interface is dominantly having a good set-up quality that the developer must be commended in doing this. Hue can also bring impact to users.
There seemed a to be a lot of glitching and freezing- especially at the most inconvenient time of trying to clock in/out.
It integrates with Google Apps and pulls in all your contacts and emails which is pretty amazing and useful. Creates a running list of all comms you've had as well.
User interface can be confusing and layout is not simple to use.
For me it's all about the ease of use I am very impressed with the Ui design and accessibility to the information I need.
Nimble is a relationship management tool that feels good to use, with a great interface and the possibility for expansion.
Helps a lot in remembering what campaigns and posts have been used and when. I love all the contacts are in one spot and you can see who and when they received our posts.
I like that I can consolidate customer contact methods in the same place , this helps with reaching out. Integrating our already existing invoices was very simple.
If everyone is on board and takes they time to do everything through nimble like their tasks and following leads then this is a great product for your environment and sales team.

I have created some awesome systems for tracking referrals and testimonials thanks to their suggestions.
We haven't found anything about the app that is a problem for us.
The best feature is that the customer service is as advertised, this company really does help. They also understand our industry which helps in the transition to and use of the product.
Haven't used it enough to see if there is anything missing.
LACRM is Affordable and Easy to use. It has been a great addition to our business, helping us keep track of test tools, customers, and new leads.
There are some features in development I am anxious to see roll out, but none of them are business critical.
It is very fast and responsive, and has all the capabilities I need. It has a series of short video tutorials that are effective and correct.
Given the design concept full enterprise integrations are a little limited. But in my view balance is right in that people use it, learning quickly and correctly to their needs.
There's a good User Interface / layout, partially adapted by us as users. Excellent support - if you have a question, a proper person will get back to you with an answer within a couple of hours.
The ease of learning and maximizing it as well as its capabilities. The support tools are also easy to locate and the item descriptions easy to understand.
The great thing about LACRM is that you can customize the view and fields to reflect your preferred names of fields or how you like to see items listed.
The product is decently easy to use. It allowed our sales team to gain some initial familiarity with CRM's and what benefits they can bring.
I love the integration with my Gmail calendar, the contacts on my phone and the fact that I can BBC an email straight into the system from any email client. These are real valuable features for me.

LACRM is Affordable and Easy to use. It has been a great addition to our business, helping us keep track of test tools, customers, and new leads.
There are some features in development I am anxious to see roll out, but none of them are business critical.
It is very fast and responsive, and has all the capabilities I need. It has a series of short video tutorials that are effective and correct.
Given the design concept full enterprise integrations are a little limited. But in my view balance is right in that people use it, learning quickly and correctly to their needs.

What I love most about it is that it analytically breaks down every call I have with a customer or prospect (talk time, sentiment analysis, conversation keywords most focused on).
If anything the search functionality is a little bit confusing. If you do not have the exact name of the call you are trying to view it will take a while to track down.
I love that we're able to quickly find calls, be strategic with our quality assurance process, provide managers with a tool to help coach their team and build them up with specific examples.
The mobile experience for Gong can be confusing.
Gong has a nice integration and feature set. The AI is strong and delivers nice coaching results.

Some missing features such as missing Google Meet, and location in calendar event.
Got the hang of EngageBay in a matter of hours due to its ease of use and excellent customer support. Any question is answered in a matter of seconds.
Webinar features, landing pages does not support reusable headers and footers, no option to build own templates. Missing Social Software Analytics.
I love page builder of Engagebay. It loads super fast and in stable performance based on AWS + CDN Cloudfront.

EngageBay is a great tool for marketing automation for small companies (finally!) and for a reasonable price. You can customize all views and see the data you want to.
Their product is easy to use and their chat support is great.
The all-in-one feature is the best for me. Having all client information and tracking results from marketing in the same place really is beneficial.
The software is great and very much extendable with API and other customization.
Nice for someone starting up. The free plan even comes with helpdesk and live chat.
I did EXTENSIVE research before picking Engagebay and they havent disappointed me. This is a tool for what I need but also that can grow with me.
The support was incredible, help us a lot to setup the different automatisation.
You can also create a custom domain for landing pages built in EngageBay - it's very important to build credibility, cause people don't want to click on unknown links.
It is easyish to use, still lacks loads of features and the way of working is sometimes frustrating compared to something like Hubspot, but that is where the huge price difference comes in.

Not only is it affordable for a small agency like mine, who works with small businesses, but it's extremely powerful, and capable of executing any strategy my team or my clients require.
The constant failure of the system, the automations fail. They are not fixing the bugs.
I love the ease of use, interface, but most importantly all of Sharpspring employees, and how quickly they respond with tips, ideas, and help with support.
Their billing platform is absolutely ridiculous. They bill your clients directly, and not the agency using the platform saying that the client is the end user, not the agency managing the account.
This allows us to better understand and track our users and help determined the best platforms to promote our campaigns.
We are now remarketing to leads that were missed during the initial buying cycle and reclaiming that lost revenue on top of increasing our close rate on new clients.
I love all the metrics it provides me which helps me cater my newsletter and make adjustments as needed. This is so important so I can actually alter my content for my audience.
The only con I can think of is the lack of display/functionality options in the form and landing page builder.

The best part of the software is that you You can download data for any period that you desire. It provides with a very user-friendly dashboard and the ease of accounting is also there.
My advice for those scoping out Netsuite is seriously analyze your business requirements and then advocate the hell for them in the scoping or implementation phases.
It's ability to allow the user to customise the report by adding data field(s) which is great as we do not always need to go behind IT Professional asking for help.
Please do your research before you find yourself stuck in a contract with a bunch of misleading employees that won't even respond to your email or try to address your concerns.
The ability to customize just about anything your organization wants is rewarding. And if you are willing to spend, you can have your system fit your business processes like a glove.
I hate the reporting functionality, avoid it if I can. Might be that I don't really understand its uses.

Lack of direct integration to the PSA tool. We struggled with bringing all of the contract details into the PSA and associated project.
In all cases, the ability to customize to unique business needs, far beyond something like Quickbooks or Microsoft Dynamics, is fantastic.
And when you realise that a lot of what you are paying for is really very poor and that you have to buy additional software/SAAS to make up for it's shortcomings, it is even more expensive.
It makes certain things accounting wise very automated and easy. Integration features are amazing.
It still has the same old clunky "out of date" UI, very limited change is made in their annual updates - it remains very dated and Netsuite never address the key lack of functionality.
Software is very easy to use so suitable for all staff not just office based staff. Software is so powerful that you can use it for invoicing, customer support, CRM and Shopping carts.
The customer support is horrible. You can call your Account Executive and it takes days, weeks or months to get results.
I use it on a daily basis and its very useful for quick reports and billing. I find it very helpful when I have to raise a large number invoices at one go through the upload.

We were fortunate enough to use a trained consultant to do the implementation and now we have a fantastic solution even through getting there was not smooth sailing.
Lack of direct integration to the PSA tool. We struggled with bringing all of the contract details into the PSA and associated project.
In all cases, the ability to customize to unique business needs, far beyond something like Quickbooks or Microsoft Dynamics, is fantastic.
And when you realise that a lot of what you are paying for is really very poor and that you have to buy additional software/SAAS to make up for it's shortcomings, it is even more expensive.
It makes certain things accounting wise very automated and easy. Integration features are amazing.
It still has the same old clunky "out of date" UI, very limited change is made in their annual updates - it remains very dated and Netsuite never address the key lack of functionality.
Software is very easy to use so suitable for all staff not just office based staff. Software is so powerful that you can use it for invoicing, customer support, CRM and Shopping carts.
The customer support is horrible. You can call your Account Executive and it takes days, weeks or months to get results.
I use it on a daily basis and its very useful for quick reports and billing. I find it very helpful when I have to raise a large number invoices at one go through the upload.
I am sometimes disappointed with the "out of the box" product, meaning there are some things that I would think are standard, but they end up costing more.
Really good for accounting and easy to use the basic features.
Perfect for Subscription and SaaS Model Businesses.

Error logs were nearly impossible to find and though the log is supposed to be included on the email showing the errors it wasn't. Support couldn't figure it out either.

We have not yet fully deployed the program, but to date our experience with the flexibility and ease of customization of the program seems to be outstanding.
The standard sales conversion is not automatically available, you have to customize it. Reporting has errors and gives "not enough data" and no one can seem to figure out why.
We did not have to make our business fit their software, they fit Apptivo to our business. The Apptivo team is still available to help, so service is excellent.
Can be difficult to navigate if unfamiliar. Can be difficult to customize if unfamiliar.

At the end of the day, Flowlu is a great project management tool that is worth using. The team at Flowlu has gone out of its way to make this app as comprehensive and powerful as possible.
Initially, I was concerned with receiving recurring invoices, estimating, project management, and figuring out how to get customers to pay by the invoice.
The support team is VERY responsive and know their product well. For users who want a more advanced set up, they have great tutorials and tips on how to make Flwolu work best for you.
The main problem is that most of them require an admin with developer background for the initial setup and customisations. Flowlu just simply works without any installation needed.
Flowlu's capabilities are similar and the pricing is better. The ability to navigate my team and my clients through the sales process with ease is vital to my business.
Missing Client portal (already working on it). Multiple languages / possibility of translation.

The interface is clean and easy to use. On first impressions it looked like the re-brand from InfusionSoft was a move good to keep things more simple.
When you leave it idle, rather than timing out gracefully, you lose any unsaved info. I know that's more of a "my workflow, why the hell aren't you saving your work" issue, but it's still annoying.
I love this product, it is the best when you get advanced marketing experience and a big mail list, you can really do magic with it with the advanced action based segmentation.
Sick and tired of paying money for something no one can make function and do what I need.
I had some great help with getting everything set up and I find the email automation system quite easy to use and understand, which is great as it has gotten me to do a lot more with automation.
Infusionsoft refuses to make simple fixes. Terrible for business to business.
Technical support for the most part has been great, they are very patient and friendly.
The system is horribly confusing so much so that their own people have no idea what they are doing. They don't test or check their own work.
It is a good tool for marketing campaigns and generating insights. Their CRM tool is also good and a have the required functionalities.

The interface is clean and easy to use. On first impressions it looked like the re-brand from InfusionSoft was a move good to keep things more simple.
When you leave it idle, rather than timing out gracefully, you lose any unsaved info. I know that's more of a "my workflow, why the hell aren't you saving your work" issue, but it's still annoying.
I love this product, it is the best when you get advanced marketing experience and a big mail list, you can really do magic with it with the advanced action based segmentation.
Sick and tired of paying money for something no one can make function and do what I need.
I had some great help with getting everything set up and I find the email automation system quite easy to use and understand, which is great as it has gotten me to do a lot more with automation.

Technical support for the most part has been great, they are very patient and friendly.
The system is horribly confusing so much so that their own people have no idea what they are doing. They don't test or check their own work.
It is a good tool for marketing campaigns and generating insights. Their CRM tool is also good and a have the required functionalities.
As someone in business for 10+ yrs, this is a terrible experience.

Poor integrations, could not load the data on an ongoing basis as we wanted to.
It especially great for startups (my case), since the price point is very reasonable and the customer service is exceptionally helpful. I would reccomend it to other colleagues 100.
This can make it difficult to manage if you have multiple types of tags.
This was easy to integrate with fix your funnel which i absolutely loved using. You were able to send multiple texts to gym members very easy and do a lot of cool things such as make groups etc.
I loved the tags and advanced segmentation I can do with my marketing funnel. I can tag users based on their actions.
Lots of third party integrations, and a robust API. Very helpful community for questions with actual developers there.
Over all very satisfied. It does exactly what we need it to do for our company and for the clients.

Pipeline Deals is very straightforward and easy to use. The interface is able to be customized which is nice, and the ability to import and export data us useful for reporting.
The layout in the "Contact Info" box is awkward and unclear. Contact, Owner, Company (Funeral Home) information is interspersed in an illogical way.
This software will save and not waste a big budget for doing the businesses and the most advantage is that the solid and realistic budget.
There is NO other option than Pipeline Deals for CRM as far as our company is concerned.
PipelineDeals has great software and an excellent customer service/staff that I can count on, which is essential for my company.
As a smaller company some of the integrations that other CRMs have were either missing or lacking.
Still the best bang for the buck. PROS: Easy to use, reliable, functional Android App that syncs well, customizable in many ways, fair price, and great for sales people.
My overall experience with pipeline deals is sadly we moved over to sales force. Did well in the beginning with our company but after a year got old news.
It is a very nice way to keep all of your prospects top of mind and be able to track your activity as well as set reminders to do certain tasks.
