The platform offers mobile and web push notifications with support for rich media content and provides comprehensive delivery tracking alongside exportable reporting functionality. Webhook functionality supports asynchronous event notifications for delivery reports, inbound messages and voice call status changes, enabling applications to receive callbacks for key lifecycle events.

Technical integration is supported through detailed documentation, developer guides and sandbox testing environments to streamline development workflows. API responses return real time status updates in JSON format and authentication is managed via API key mechanisms. Integration with customer relationship management systems and business applications is enabled through the API layer.
