Our company runs exclusively out of Slack for internal comms, so being able to get more or less the exact Guru experience out of the "comfort" of Slack is a great bonus.

This means that our staff can ask a question in slack, and get a guru answer that then a support team member can add additional knowledge to if needed!

Is the base of our communication and organization of tasks and teams. It's perfect that can be integrated to facilitated the information sharing.

Slack is vital for our company as it helps us to keep in touch with various departments or contact them promptly when it is needed.

So easy to search for and bring up cards without leaving Slack, and to share relevant cards to a team channel to reach more people!

Slack is our company's lifeblood. The integration is okay, but I think there is an opportunity to make it even better.

I like the integration, but the info pulled by guru when we ask a question in slack isn't always on the mark.
