Well, it is just splendid. I am actually now using several note-taking tools: Nimbus Note, Evernote and Google Docs, but for some specific things which you need to be able to access quickly, create some drafts in one moment and save, it is probably the best solution.
I really like that it is easily accessible, adaptive, affordable, adjustable to the needs of every user, appealing and aesthetical. Besides, it is really user-friendly, useful and ultramodern. What's more, this note-taking tool is practical, powerful and helps you effectively keep your promising drafts. I enjoy this software more than just using some editors because MS Office and LibreOffice sometimes...
I dislike that I cannot change my email easily in my account. They offer to write to their support team, but it is just some extra hassle and I would want to have a reliable and quick way to change my email. Besides, sometimes it is working slowly in some browsers (especially in Chromium, OS Ubuntu Budgie 18.04.)
Hi Olga! Thanks a lot for your review. We worked hard on our super documents concept and really happy that you enjoy our editor. We are sorry that you faced some issues and agree that the process of email change is rather complicated at the moment. We are already working on the functionality that will offer to change email quickly right from the Nimbus Note web client.

Nimbus Note allows me to make notes about ANYTHING on my computer, smartphone or tablet, and have them synchronized across all those devices in realtime. So when I take notes about a project or a phone call I just took on my office phone line, and leave the office for an appointment, those notes are also available on my phone when I leave. The tagging and categories features allow for easy searching of my notes too.
I love that this program gives me a version for the computer AND my smart devices that stays synchronized in realtime. You can get a lot done with the 5MB of space they give you for free as well, so long as you don't get too heavy on images. There are lots of font and formatting options within the application, including inline image displays.
The to-do list features are a bit lacking. For example, you can create a note, but each note has a separate task list that isn't part of the note's body. There is no way to make a note that is JUST a to-do list that you can checkoff as you go using the full width of the screen or note. It would also be nice if you could link this program to your existing cloud storage solution (Google Drive, OneDrive,...
Hi Scott! Please check our updated app - to-do lists are improved, you can use one of many templates to work with to-do lists or create your own. Nimbus Capture has a great annotation panel - check it out! Also, we now have integrations with many services including Google Drive, which you can embed right into your note. We are looking forward to your feedback!

It all started great, I could import thousands of notes from my evernote and file them easily in the same way. Then I installed the browser extension and the desktop app. That's where I felt like the tool was still good value for the money but not the best on the market. You lose quite some time waiting for the apps to sync and retrieve content, wether it's the web app, the browser extension or the desktop app.
Nimbus note has a lot of features under the hood to help you file and format your notes in the best possible way (private and business workspace, folders, sub-folders, tags... And a lot of options within the note like different headings, import files, copy images, create tables, etc...). The "import from evernote" feature worked flawlessly.
1) It's very slow sometimes. You're typing your note and your app will freeze (web app or desktop app : same issue). I never had this problem with evernote. 2) It's very slow to sync. 3) Results aren't presented with the most recently created/edited files first. And then you have to keep scrolling through dozens of notes until you find the one you created yesterday... 4) The browser extension takes...

I used Evernote(bloat) for 4 years and it became more & more expensive and bloated and slow. It was wildly different on every platform. Nimbus is much cheaper, faster and has one key feature that Evernote doesn't have... folders within folders. This makes Nimbus soooo much better for organizing my +1,000 notes.
The tables in Nimbus are pretty basic. I wish they would add some additional functions like summing a column of numbers.
Thanks for switching to Nimbus Note. Great that you enjoy the structure of folders and subfolders. Re?ently we added basic summing for the columns. Also, we plan to add filtering and simple formulae support. Please, share your thoughts and suggestions regarding summing and other functions you would like to use in Nimbus Note tables - use our email team@nimbusweb.co.

Everything is tidy, organised, easy to find and just a breath of fresh air!
We relied on Google Docs for all our document sharing and collaboration which works great, but it's not a tidy interface and grouping content into folders was never elegant. We ended up with 1000's of scattered documents, some shared correctly, others set to all. There was also never a place to keep private notes accessible. With Nimbus we split Design Team, Development Team, Private Notes and Company-Wide notes and using the desktop app this is so quick and easy to do. Embedded PDF's are a god send as this is where things get messy with Google Docs. Can see Nimbus becoming our one source of truth for all comms and documentation for sure. A great product at a great price and very low learning curve. Support is efficient and prompt so any questions are answered quickly.
No real issues at all from my experience. Everything is relatively self-explanatory. Even if you wanted to use this as your own private place for notes, you'll get working in minutes.
Thanks a lot for your review. Glad to assist you in the organization of your information.

Nimbus Notes is a feature rich not taking app, that goes far beyond its simple note taking feature. It is well supported and the team continue to bring out new features.
Lots of features. With few restrictions . Multiple projects and easy to collaborate.
From a styling side of things, it can look a little cheap. I particularly don't care much for the emojis , . It

I am a former Evernote user and what I love most about Nimbus is the ability to create workspaces. I now have a dedicated space for each of my clients and I can share it with them without them being able to see the rest of the notes. The screen capture, text or video recording tools are incredibly powerful too and offer options that have become indispensable to me (being able to capture a web page in its entirety and not just the part visible on the screen for example). The price/performance ratio is just incredible. I also love the ability to integrate external elements into a note as "Embed". I use it for Teleportme and for my google docs.
What annoys me a little is the slowness and lack of precision of the research. The passage from one workspace to another is sometimes a little slow too. But i am pretty sure the team will improve this soon.
Hi Manu! Thanks for your support. We are constantly improving the speed, so stay tuned!

I've seldom experienced such a passionate [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] as [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. He is all over the place in various Facebook groups to answer hundreds of questions in light speed. In the past months the team has improved the service week after week.
In my opinion Evernote is a joke compared to this beast. NimbusNotes offers many more features and the price is a bargain for a team. Public notes can be beautifully branded and it is even possible to add scripts to embed live chat or other web functionality. It offers great flexibility in terms of organizing the notes in workspaces and folders. Every workspace can be branded individually. This is really great for company and team awareness!
Evernote has been slightly speedier to start the app.
Thanks for your review, Ramon! Speed improvement is our priority.

I am a lawyer, I need to share documents. My client is reluctant to a private area or erp. Nimbus allows me to upload documents in an orderly fashion and give access to the client. In a simple and visual way. It solves my problem.
When I met Nimbus. I did not know Notion which is more economical. However, NIMBUS is much more advanced, safe and practical. It is the best solution currently on the market by far. In addition, it is always being updated and communication with support is fluid.
I have not encountered any bugs. Although the app can be improved.

Overall, very happy. I used to use Evernote and some other note taking software but Nimbus is totally sufficient for our needs and is much cheaper than the competition.
A complete flexibility over creating your notes. You can have tables, links, bullet lists, to-do lists etc all within the same note and linked to any other note(s). Easy to share with your clients or teammates
The software is still in development and there are some occasional bugs from time to time but they get addressed by Nimbus team very quickly
Thank you for appreciation, Timur Burganov! We are happy to know that you enjoy our product)

Web app performance and the extensions makes digital life is easy. Affordable pricing. The best alternative to Google or Microsoft productivity suite.
Available across the multiple platforms. Minimal design and loads of features. Affordable pricing. New features getting released frequently. Extensions are boon.
Windows app is slow. Mobile app is not intuitive.

I use note-taking applications a lot. Before Nimbus, I was using Notion and OneNote. But there were some things missing from OneNote that Notion did better, and vice versa. Nimbus strikes the right balance. Although the UI doesn't look very polished, but the features and use cases are wide. Also, setting up the CNAME allows me to set up password-protected workspaces on my domain. There are some minor bugs and nuances as of now. The support responds timely and is helpful.
CNAME for team plan Pretty affordable pricing for small teams of 5 people Support is very responsive Other tools like clipper and screen recorder are great add-ons
The app on the iPad needs some improvement Little buggy as of now, the UI seems a little old fashioned The OCR struggles sometimes The sidebar UI needs to be more compact and intuitive
Hi Himanshu! Thanks for your review. Recently we updated our iPad app and going to improve it even more, so stay with us!

Overall, a great application for your business or personal use. Ability for capturing screenshots & screencaptures makes it much more powerful in an affordable pricing.
Nimbus is a powerful note-taking and a wiki app for your business or personal use. Their business features like custom CNAME & ability for taking screenshots & screencaptures via Nimbus Capture is also a nice to have ferature in every note taking applications.
With all these advancements, The UI is still not that intuitive & clean, Also, the speed of desktop & mobiles clients is relatively slow as compared to web application.
Thank you for your feedback, Abhay! We are happy that you are part of the Nimbus community and appreciate your valuable input. I will gladly forward your thoughts to our team for further review.

It helps me to organize my personal and business projects. I save info there to helps me find it after and share things to other people. I can see there is a lot of stuff that i do not know how to use and will learn. I am happy with the product.
The product is easy to use. I started to look for something like this in the vibe of build a second brain and it is helping me to achieve my goals;
I think it could work better with tasks. When you mark a task like "done" it should go down at the list to prioritize the tasks that still needs attention. Furthermore, should have a dashboard with all tasks from all lists, to helps us to organize the day workload.
Hi Carlos! Thanks for your feedback and suggestions, we'll discuss them with the team.
