“Analytics is not something that we use a ton. It is available and the reports that Microsoft sends out are very comprehensive. To be 100% honest I don't understand most of the report so it's mostly wasted on me. For larger firms that need to keep track of multiple attorneys or multiple teams this data I'm sure is SUPER helpful. We are a small firm so tracking these things isn't super useful for us.”
