How we picked the 9 top rated products

We chose the high-performing solutions on this list based on verified user ratings on our site. Depending on available data, qualifying products either had to be among the most user-reviewed or the most searched-for products in the Meeting software category. They also needed to have sufficient reviews about meeting management, have a minimum user rating of 3 out of 5 for that feature, and show evidence of U.S. market presence. We then added a distinction for up to three products based on our proprietary ratings and reviews: Highest rated, Highly rated for meeting management, and Highly rated for free version. Sponsorship or client status has no influence on the selection of these products, but it may impact the order in which products appear.

“An important part of team communication is scheduling meetings for what can't be covered in the chat app. Slack offers some good conferencing integrations for this, and it's especially easy to just drop a video link (Hangouts, Zoom, etc) in chat and everyone click from there. Status symbols ("away," etc) are also useful for this.”

“So far, meeting management is the only tool I have used on Doodle. Reviewers appreciate OnBoard's meeting management for its user-friendly interface and efficient organization of board meetings. They highlight the ease of creating agendas, linking reports, and managing documents. Users find the ability to notify board members and update meeting packets without redoing the entire setup very helpful. They also value the centralized access to all meeting-related information.

“This is the most important function for us. I am able to upload the Board Packet into OnBoard and then send a notification to our Board when it is available so they can review the information prior to our monthly meetings. I love this system! I load this information as multiple documents and then can compile it into a Book. If we need to make any updates or modify our agenda, I do not have to redo the whole thing, I can simply update one or two document and then form the "Book" again and I am done. This is really helpful and time saving verses having to remake a whole Board Packet if we have to make any amendments to the meeting. ”
