I love the way you can customize your subscription to meet whatever needs you have in your space. The site and app are easy to navigate and I love all of the reports that are available to me.
I had some trouble refreshing the page and getting linked to another site. There was a lot of advertisement for other companies, so I also got distracted at times.
This has been the first program that I used to start my business with, and it is super user friendly for any beginner business owner and current to keep track on your progress.
Needs Apple Pay support desperately, especially in this era of COVID-19, this is a glaring omission.
Clients love how easy it is to book appointments online. Love how you can customize confirmation notifications for clients.
Switched to Vagaro from Booker and I hate it but I’m trapped.
I like how easy it is for clients to receive text confirmations and book on the mobile app within a few clicks. I also like the fact that I trust the email system sending emails out successfully.
The only downside is it does not allow me to print out address for out calls and I'm only doing out calls -- I'm having to write clients addresses by hand each day ugh.
This product has helped me reach more customers than I thought possible from my small town. The ability to network and reach out to such a broad base is wonderful for any new business seeking clients.
The customer service reps, however, are generally pretty awesome and committed to resolving the issues.

The staff are very friendly and when then actually are able to help me, they are patient and try to answer all of my questions. The list of capabilities of the software is long and wonderful.
When trying to make changes to a group of reservations I often get error messages which makes you have to start from scratch- this can be very frustrating.
The ease of use and ability to understand. The teaching and preperation for understanding with the learning sessions in advance were a great help.
My only complaint with EZ is its inability to process invoices in a timely manner with hundreds of items contained within in a single invoice.
The accounting module is very detail and complete. The tech support is very friendly, helpful and professional, they resolve my issues promptly, and correctly - it is the best experiences I had with.
It is very difficult to teach new people how to use the software, and difficult to run the reports that I need to present to my bosses.
I have to encourage him to continue with all the good work...He is truly an asset to the company and as a new business owner and hiring staff of my own...I hope to hire a couple people like him.
Scheduling league games aren't as easy as it looks. Entering the schedule conflicts for each team is difficult.
Ezfacility is the life blood of my sports business, just as important as capital itself, we do everything through Ezfacility. We use it daily and its just awesome to be honest.
The software is solid but the support is excellent. Very responsive and very helpful.

I like the ease of this software, both for the customer and our company. It is super easy to send out marketing and information emails to all contact or select groups.
Also, it sends way too many emails, including a receipt that makes customers think they've been double charged because of the way it's worded.
We've really enjoyed the experience with Upper Hand's staff and software. Every interaction has been friendly, engaging, informational, professional, and super helpful.
Many of the features are limited, i.e. it has a payroll tracker, but no payroll integration, or it has accounting functions, but not ones that are actually usable from an accounting perspective.
I like that, even though we are new, I feel like we will get answers quickly to help us operate efficiently and provide that quality care to our customers.
I often have clients contact me, because they are struggling with the scheduling feature, as they are not able to easily access their lessons credits or past scheduled lessons.
The software has improved tremendously, and is a great tool for a baseball & softball training facility. The software is easy to use, and very user friendly.
Sometimes its very quick and other times it was 24-48 hours before a response came thru. This has been very frustrating as we have never used the software so we need answers quickly.
We like how easily we can add and change things and how it tailors well to our use case. The team is also very responsive and the software continues to improve.
So now we have to call these clients ask for their credit cards and tell them we need to charge them twice. Unacceptable and the last straw.
Our move to Upper Hand has been very good, overall. We're spending less money for better functionality with their software.
Its a coin flip whether I’ll be able to complete a purchase or book an event with out the window dropping.
It is much more user friendly than scheduling softwares I've used in the past. With great customer service.

Clients are able to sign up via the app if they didn't get a chance to do it ahead of time. We also use UpperHand to create a new website which has been great overall.
Overall I have had a very good experience with upper hand their customer service support is extremely efficient.

We will continue to use Upper Hand, and look forward to the new interface being fully integrated.

Everything has been awesome with ClubCaddie from the start. We had them come out to our location and help implement the software ON SITE! which was huge.
Specifically, there is currently no device in the software to handle Cart Ride or Greens Fee Punchcards.
This allowed our staff to quickly gain the confidence and understanding needed to go live and as we progressed; their support team was always available and very capable which is understatedly huge.
It has been a very crazy 2 seasons thus far with what has been going on.
Customer Support is outstanding. Whenever we have a question, they are available including nights and weekends.
Their team has been very helpful from the start and continue to reach out and ask ways to make the system better.
I am happy that we went with Club Caddie. It was a much more affordable option than some of the larger Golf Course Management software companies.
It fulfills our needs and I appreciate that they are constantly looking for ways to improve -- even if that means having to find and deal with areas where the software is deficient.
I like how it is easy to use for all users, the reports and controlling my price for online tee times. The support team are great to work with and handle any problem you might have.

I love that Mighty Networks is its own network and free of all the other social media platforms. I also love the combination with content in the context of community.
It's difficult for me to find any cons or even constructive criticism for Mighty Networks. From my conversations with the MN team, I know we're still at the beginning.
The process is easy, the features are great, its several software's combined in one. To top it off great pricing.
And I found for myself that I was confused about setting it up. I also think I was sort of pushing the envelope in terms of my group structure so it was not a straight forward situation.
It allows for intentionality when members want to engage, and keep them focused on the most important happenings, with featured and welcome sections.
Not intuitive to navigate, making it hard to find exactly what you are looking for - just feels rather clunky.
The people at Mighty Networks are fantastic and their availability, feedback, and knowledge have fundamentally and positively altered how I am approaching my business and how I teach.

They are supportive not just in using the software but also in designing meaningful and successful digital communities.

It's difficult for me to find any cons or even constructive criticism for Mighty Networks. From my conversations with the MN team, I know we're still at the beginning.
The process is easy, the features are great, its several software's combined in one. To top it off great pricing.
And I found for myself that I was confused about setting it up. I also think I was sort of pushing the envelope in terms of my group structure so it was not a straight forward situation.
It allows for intentionality when members want to engage, and keep them focused on the most important happenings, with featured and welcome sections.
Not intuitive to navigate, making it hard to find exactly what you are looking for - just feels rather clunky.

I love the simplicity, the elegance of the app, the richness of features and the pace at which they make changes. I also love the availability of support both chat and phone.
The product did not perform or provide as I was told it would and it's been a huge waste of my time and energy. Particularly disappointed with the lack of customer service.
The marketing suite is great with tons of templates to use and options to build custom campaigns too. Support is super responsive and the techs all seem really knowledgable.
I decided to purchase, they charged me immediately, but did nothing my first on-boarding call. 2 weeks later was supposed to be my second but I couldn’t get a response for days.
The ability for teachers to request subs in AMAZING as well as adjusting renewal price for a limited amount of time. Reporting is pretty robust and very easy to create custom filters.
The only thing that has been mildly annoying is when I’m scrolling through my classes and I’m looking at, for example, page 4, when I’m done looking at a class, it returns to page 1 instead of page 4.
It's also very customer friendly. My clients are very happy with the improvement from our old software to book and purchase online.
They booked the demo, then cancelled it and took the monthly subscription before I was even able to start using the software.
We like how seamlessly our schedule and VOD was integrated into our website. We also like how easy the app is to use for our clients for purchasing packages and scheduling appointments and classes.
It has been a very seamless transition and I have felt supported through the whole process. I love the marketing features and I regained a few students when we launched.
I think it's pretty intuitive and you're able to easily make changes to the schedule. I think the sms texting is awesome - I also think adding a customized sms texting group would be amazing.
