Supervisors can track competitors and Google search results, receive alerts for inbound website messages and control multiple branches on a centralized dashboard.
Chekkit allows organizations to manage invoices and other transaction details, process refunds, and accept payments via credit cards and eWallets including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Administrators can send reminders to customers about unopened review requests, automatically capture visitors' contact details, and assign messages to specific agents. Staff members can answer customers' queries, send product images or reminders, and schedule appointments.
Chekkit facilitates integration with several third-party systems such as Slack, Shopify, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Gmail, and more. Supervisors can customize the webchat by adding colors, icons, and greeting texts to establish brand identity with clients.
