AdvancedEHR can electronically receive and exchange medical histories, consults, referrals, orders, results, and more, and health-related data can be electronically transmitted to various registries. Customizable health plans can be created using HealthWatcherTM within AdvancedEHR, enabling users to build custom medical plans to manage conditions based on a range of factors, including age, sex, diagnosis, and lab results. Patient alerts are generated and sent automatically for appointment recalls, lab orders, and prescription refills. Plans can also be assigned to groups or individual patients. Population health can be monitored and analyzed using built-in or custom reports.
