doesnt work, neither company wants to take ownership of the issue, has become a nightmare and now i do payroll manually. the biggest detractor of why connecteam isnt a 5 star product.

We love that we can import the hours to qbo; however, the inability for it to post reg hours and overtime hours separately is important to us; and right now that doesn't happen.

We use QBO for payroll. The integration has saved us from manually entering data. The only issue is that sometimes the hours get multiplied and require double-checking.

It was frustrating since only one person can sync Connecteam with QuickBooks. It's not good to rely on just one person for something as crucial as payroll.

We use it daily to track payoll and get our employees paid. I lovethat Connecteam is captible with Quickbooks, once again makes my job a bit easier.

We use the work tracking data collected by Connecteam to generate employee pay stubs and ultimately determine the employees' paycheques.

Management of time into the payroll is seamless and accurate with the ability of the field to easily switch between jobs.

Less time increases efficiency. Time sheet were kept by hand. Able to track time employees attendance using ConnecTeam.

It would help with simplification of payroll but ultimately haven't used because it was more complicated and expensive

It doesn't allow over time, on call hours, or vacation hours to be entered and communicated which is disappointing.

We still have zero luck with integration. We tried a lot of options and none works. We just manually do it now.

Options are limited and I do have to make edits weekly on the payroll side but the export does its jobs.

This was tried for a single payroll period. It didn't intergrate with jobs into payroll as we needed.

It is a timesaver and I never have to guess how many hours, and what type of hours to pay employees.

We use an outside vendor for our payroll however it is great for validating each team member's time

We import the hours from connecting to quickbooks, and it saves us a significant amount of time

Absolute must! We use Quick books for payroll and the integration is an absolute must

still have to manually enter all data because will not break out by departments.

The payroll for OT hours does not separate so we cannot use the integration

Sending employees shifts automatically to their Google calendar--which should be a lot esier to do than it is--I had to go searching for how to do this--I feel like it should prompt new employees to opt in for schedule auto-populate immediately

My google calendar is my bible. I need connecteam to connect to google for all my other appointments. I do which it would sync better as when changes are made to the currently posted schedule, the changes don't show up in google.

We use a Google workspace so having Connecteam work well with google calendar makes our teams more efficient. Write now we are using Zapier to try and connect the two and it is not as effective as having a direct integration.

We use Microsoft Outlook. I've linked some of our schedules, but it's pain to have everything user have to login into our PC's to get it done.

It isn't necessary to begin with, but the fact that it is there is a huge bonus for notifications and solidifying confirmations.

The API breaks all the time so users are constantly having to delete and re add. But this is a vital feature for us.

It is important because it is one more way to be able to research the employees individually.

It helps to make sure that staff have their schedule available and accessible.

The integration with Xero is important because it allows for seamless syncing of payroll data. It ensures that employee hours tracked in Connecteam are automatically imported into Xero for accurate and efficient payroll processing, saving time.

The integration needed manual input and the data needed to be transferred over 24 hrs prior to the payrun. We continue to do this manually instead of use the integration due to the above reasons.

We do not sue them together yet as we do not have employees on payroll, but contractors. We need Connecteam and Xero to give us the possibility to pay contractors on a casual basis

it's important but as we pay some of our casual staff per job in connecteam, we can't integrate with xero. So we manually export the timesheets.

It is important as we were already set up with Xero and this made it seamless and less stressful

That’s where I do payroll and leave payments from and all our accounting is managed through xero

if it was completely compatible with Au Xero, it would speed up payroll even further

I would use this quite a lot more if there were more triggers and actions available. Highest priority is being able to save files to google drive when they are uploaded into a specific team chat.

It is the only way we can connect our Google workspace for tasks and calendars. However it does not work efficiently due to differences in certain variables.

This allows us to Have generated forms like prestarts for machines auto transfered into an accessable folder for Builders

Create shifts and create users. The ability to create user profile details is very limited.

It bridges the gaps in the platform and enables an integrated customer portal

It helps add our clients appointments from Acuity to the Connecteam schedule

This allows us to run payroll for our employees in a quick and efficent manner. We have had a few issues with the use of both services, but Connecteam has been responsive and helpful to resolve these. We would like a holiday pay function though.

Streamlining payroll will be a huge time saver when I'm able to do it. Right now I still need to tweak my own process to be able to switch back and forth between two companies in Gusto but only one company in Connecteam.

Hours from Connecteam are connected to gusto for direct deposit. Would like to separate over time from regular hours between the two

Its a file that I have to customize myself after downloading and before importing, looking for less tedious strategy. Not sure if actually saves time compared to just recording hours in payroll system.

as previously mentioned, it is the only downside currently for trying to get our payrolls to be seamless. The reg time and overtime get lumped together when the work hours transfer over. if they transferred over separately it would be perfect.

Reduced mania data entry. QuickBooks has a limitation where overtime isn’t mapped correctly fyi. It’s not Connecteam.
