Inspire overview
What is Inspire?
Inspire is a strategy execution platform for continuous performance management and OKRs. It connects board-level strategy to the individual task that delivers it, and back up again, so leaders can see what is moving and who owns each outcome. Most tools in this category measure how people feel about the strategy. Inspire shows how the strategy is getting done.
Leaders build the plan in Inspire, cascade objectives and key results to teams, and check in weekly rather than waiting on a quarterly report. Managers run one-on-ones from a live agenda, recognize work against the objective it moved, and complete 360 feedback and review cycles from that same record. Every employee can see the company objective their week rolls up to.
The Inspire Agent drafts OKRs, surfaces pending check-ins and preps managers for one-on-ones. Teams can also connect their own AI assistant, including Claude and ChatGPT, to live Inspire data through the Model Context Protocol, permission-scoped and audited, with no personally identifiable information sent to models. Inspire is SOC 2 Type II and connects to more than 200 systems including Microsoft 365, Teams, Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, HubSpot, Workday and ADP. Best fit is 200 to 5,000 employees.
