What is TimeClock Plus?
TimeClock Plus is a cloud-based workforce management solution that enables public and private organizations to manage time and attendance, employee leave, scheduling and labor compliance. It integrates with all major payroll providers as well as PeopleSoft, Oracle HCM, SAP and Workday.
To help users manage time and attendance, TimeClock Plus offers tools such as timesheet approvals, time-off requests management, labor management, and attendance policy management. The employee time clock allows users to manage hours, as well as see who is on a break or who is on leave at-a-glance. TimeClock Plus’ time-tracking tools allow users to access and approve all employee hours from a single platform. Users can also monitor employee overtime anytime, anywhere, via any internet-enabled device.
TimeClock Plus supports automated leave and absence management, allowing users to manage and approve all time-off requests online. The platform provides multiple and filterable views, enabling users to view leave schedules on a calendar or in a list, and filter views by employee or leave type. Messaging tools notify employees automatically via SMS, mobile app or email to let them know if the time-off request has been approved or denied. Automated scheduling functionality enables employees to manage their own schedules, as well as any shift swaps, within the organization’s configured business rules.
