QuestionPro is so far the best survey tool for us but they should do something about the pricing. Some necessary features are exclusive to its Paid version which is a little bit costlier. Other than the pricing factor, there's nothing that we dislike about QuestionPro.

This has always been our go to survey website because of its ease of use for not only staff, but for the individuals taking the survey as well.
It is easy to use and manipulate into what's needed for our organization.
Some things are hid behind a paywall and may need to upgrade in order to use these features.

Very bad. I compare it with Qualtrics that I was using for 8 years and I can definitely tell it's way below when it comes to reliability, overall efficiency and user experience. Whenever I try to work on QuestionPro, I never know if I'm able to login, if the system doesn't crash or if respondents are able to fill in the study. I submit requests to client support at least a couple of times per month.
Nothing - while the product has a lot of potential (I can see lots of smart solutions and ideas), the low stability, low efficiency, and countless bugs kill it all.
Very low efficiency, very low reliability, many bugs. I've been using QuestionPro for 9 months now and I can count many issues: not possible to login, not possible to upload databases, bugs not allowing respondents to close the study, the system does not allow to perform multiple tasks at once. I could count more and more... Definitely, it is not a system for professionals.

The product is easy to use, cost-effective allows for branding and works well. It meets all of our needs and more! There is also great customer service.
Importing surveys hasn't worked well for us but it could be I have not imported the data correctly.

We gather feedback from participants of training activities and conduct surveys on topics related to language education. It is essential for us that surveys can easily be published in different languages.
The product is easy to use. The design function for surveys is very user-friendly.
At some point the N/A option has been removed and would not show on the survey results anymore.

Easy to use . There are many question options, including smiley faces, which some of the other survey companies offer only for premium packages. It's easy to set up multiple collectors and to download raw data.

We have used QuestionPro exclusively as a survey tool for program participants to evaluate a class or webinar they attended. The features are simple to use once you have things set up, and sharing the survey results with others works very well. As a small nonprofit, we appreciate QuestionPro offering an option that fits our budget to capture a lot of helpful data to measure program success.
Some features take a bit of time to figure out. And changing interfaces have recently made it more difficult to find how to do something that was previously easy to do.

This product is perfect for what we need. And as a non-profit the price is free. I could not ask for more.
The easy of creating surveys saves me time and stress.
The editor could have more options. Sometimes when I use the visual editor I have issues with it resizing the images to the original size instead of what I set it at in the html tag.

We have enjoyed using QuestionPro for many varied uses: from surveys to registration forms. We are so grateful for the features that QuestionPro makes available. They make our job so much easier. Thank you!!
QuestionPro allows sub-elements to dropdown depending on the user input. This is a fantastic way of making it easy for those using the forms we have built to know when we want additional info. The alternative is for use to place text on the form, letting them know when they should fill out a section and when they should not. Users don't always read .. so QuestionPro's dependent drop-down elements is THE WAY to do it best!
We don't have any cons. For us, this works very well.

The resource I use the most is Surveys, where I host the registration form for our event. Within it, the "Save to finish later" and "Branch" functions are extremely useful, as they reduce the time each student takes to submit their application. In addition, the "Edit Answers", "Send Confirmation Email" and "Download Sheet" options are extremely useful when you need to check data and add information, while also helping to reduce the time it would take our team to send feedback to participants.
The easyness to edit surveys and the amount of resources that are available to use!

At my organization, we use QuestionPro for all of our reporting needs. This includes surveying our clients satisfaction (>55,000 people); using it to track the results of healthcare facilities that we inspect; public opinion polls; we also use it to get feedback from the physicians in our system. So far QuestionPro has allowed us to acquire/capture important data that is positively impacting the healthcare...
The technical and customer support is unsurpassed. You can live chat, email, and/or call the support team and get rapid, thorough responses and assistance. They are incredible. Although the system has complex scripts and features (which means the system does ALL the work for you), the system is still extremely user-friendly. Data analytics and reporting is a breeze. QuestionPro is very versatile, and continue to progress and be innovative. The system is designed with the end-user (administrators and survey takers) in mind.
This may seem unrealistic, but I have no issues with the software or the company.

My overall experience was the best ever! I lead my first sales meeting and wanted constructive, easy to use feedback format, with a quick distribution option following the event, the ability to view, record, download, and distribute for a team discussion. The ability to learn how to use on my own, but still has great help sections and live chat option if I was in a bind. The free trial is great and offers the meat of what you get with a basic plan. It allowed me to learn how to navigate and familiarize myself with the software and its capabilities. I was able to do an actual test survey. The survey itself was great! I was searching for a good survey software and this just crossed my path! I will recommend over and over!
Some areas of the software do not tell you the feature is not included in your selection tier. So you can hit a button and wonder what is happening. But then you have the great live chat and they are quick to resolve or explain. Other portions of the software like contact uploads did not upload but also did not provide me with an error message. I had two columns that were not allowed in the basic tier but it would be nice to have a pop up because I could not figure out what the issue was.

Our organization enjoys working very successfully with QuestionPro and are grateful for the support we receive as an NGO.
The software can do a lot. Nevertheless, it is easy to use and is also very well suited for small, low-key surveys. But even complex surveys can be set up quickly with a little practice. With a little experience, most of the functions are easy to use. Thanks to the simple integration of a survey via a link, QuestionPro can be integrated into the work process as quickly as desired.
There is nothing really negative to say about the software. The conditions under which we work with the software as an NGO are fair, but understandably do not include full support. Nevertheless, the support requested has always been prompt and very satisfactory.

We have been using QuestionPro for a very large, complex community survey that we were running for nearly two years. It took us a long time to develop the survey, and we were changing things constantly for a long time and found the software user-friendly for doing so. The purpose of our survey was actually to share as much information publicly as possible (not just for internal analysis) so being...
We were able to embed the results from individual questions onto websites. This is a unique feature that is extremely helpful to us. While we had some technical troubles implementing that at one point, support was very responsive so that we could get it up and running.
We really didn't have any particular issues or missing feature concerns.

I emailed specifically asking which level of membership we needed in order to use this question and was told we needed a corporate membership. We use QuestionPro for gathering feedback and creating and distributing signup forms for staff meetings and events. It's been great for collecting responses from our team internally, as well as reaching out to event attendees and organizers about their experiences working with us.
QuestionPro is versatile - it's more customizable than other form options, and makes things like generating QR codes for quickly distributing surveys a breeze. If you'd like greater control over how your surveys look and behave than products like Google Forms offer, QuestionPro is worth checking out. Their support for non-profit clients is also commendable.
The menu for customizing which email addresses are notified when a specific survey receives responses could be easier to find.

I am SO grateful that there is a nonprofit version of this tool. Our attempts to use other survey platforms to meet our needs were unsuccessful. QuestionPro meets every one of our needs, on top of being incredibly economical!
The only thing I dislike is having to annually renew without being reminded to do so. If I don't log into the platform on time, then our account is temporarily closed. I would prefer to receive an email or some other proactive notification to renew.

QuestionPro works well for our annual post-event survey as well as balloting.
QuestionPro is sophisticated enough to create surveys with good branching, paging, etc. Because I use it usually only twice a year, it does take a little time to refresh my learning (and learn about the new features always being added). I love the survey bank, as it allows me to easily copy and adjust a former survey, saving a lot of time. When I get stuck, I am able to find help from the customer service team. Best of all, QuestionPro generously offers free use for small nonprofits :)
The process to add distribution lists and create cover letters for surveys can be confusing. It is easy to overlook customizing a thank you/etc end note, and then the default ones in the system can be not so great (like include gendered language rather than gender neutral language, or have a corporate feel).

QuestionPro provides everything we need in their survey system. From simple survey designs to more complex operations, QP has been an excellent resource. Most importantly the support has been excellent from the outset. It is an excellent value for the money.
The system does everything we need it to do and the support is outstanding.
Some functions and menu-driven routines are a bit cumbersome at first, but easily learned.

I use it as an analytical tool, to collect detailed information from my membership. I have used it for selecting meeting times but I find other products easier to use for selecting mutually convenient times.
The not for profit pricing is most helpful. Love the ease of building a survey and getting professional survey results graphed for me.
When I first used QuestionPro, I forgot it was an Internet product and as such I needed to ask for user name and or user email in order to figure out which of my members completed which survey as I was not able to readily identify member by IP address. Likewise, some email servers of highly secure organizations were forwarding my QuestionPro survey emails to my members' spam folders.
