There are premade templates that are great, and provides awesome insight on how powerful the software really is. I frequently use their social media calendar, and the project list.
What I dislike most about this software is that I cannot type extended sentences in one box. Whenever I try to paste a long sentence or paragraph the words go into the rows beneath.
I like to see a whole month's worth of content at one time. It is also super helpful that one team member can upload content and another can download from a different location.
Some features around forms are notably missing and it is hard to integrate work-arounds.
I love the low price-point and the amazing customer service they have, by far one f the most powerful low-cost database/spreadsheet tool out there.
It was a mess trying to get it set up. Initially it was set up with separate paid spaces and then trying to get everything onto an enterprise plan was a huge headache.
It has a great community of users with helpful suggestions and awesome ideas. Using one such idea I hooked up Airtable to Slack using Zapier and built custom notifications for myself.
You pay by user per workspace, so that means if you have teams that work in more than one area, you would need to pay for them twice.

Another potential dislike for me was the learning curve, I noticed that due to all the possibilties I got stuck into the "what should it start with" phase.
The really amazing support is what makes the platform stand out for me, to be honest they saved my a.
We wanted to collect leads in this market, but were doubting between which lead magnet to use.
I also appreciated how supportive they were in resolving any confusion I had working on my calculator app.
I can't say there's much to dislike. I wish more features would come in the standard version, but I've never found myself at a disadvantage.
I also love the fact that it integrates with other popular software services which help you funnel leads into other systems. Finally, it's support staff has been great to help me with my doubts.

It's hard to identify any downside to working with Influitive or going with AdvocateHub.
My advocates love the platform, it's simple but powerful and has many great features such as templated challenge creation, social media linkage, and easy management of advocates.
Some of the functionality on the administrative side is frustrating, especially on the reporting side.
Brilliant gamechanger for companies who want to grow revenue and increase customer advocacy. Great product, team and innovative.
I have two major pain points with Influitive. I don't like how the overall discussion area experience.
Influitive is thoroughly dedicated to helping us achieve our goals and remarkably invested in our success. Influitive is highly responsive to our needs and is an extraordinary partner.
The team is almost impossible to work with (a far cry from the past where they were absolutely exceptional). There is a lack of caring about the customer and in expertise (even of their own software).

It's a great way to create a community amongst our customers and we can get feedback on various initiatives quickly. What I love about the advocate hub is it's intuitive, easy to use and is adaptable.

I like that Widen is an easy way to find assets. It is helpful for a large company--because everyone knows where to find the assets that they need.
Sometimes it gives corrupted error. I wished it could have given the corrupt error while I am uploading files.
It's works great, the API documentation is good and Widen has given excellent support on it.
My biggest complaint is with my own team because I keep having to reset people's passwords for the site because they forget them.
Widen is a terrific tool for our global team. We are able to have 24/7 access to all our assets no matter where we are in the world.
I think the one thing that I struggle with was the update on how to upload images.
Overall it has become a great tool for our users and the expansion to house storing certain documenttation in one place is great.
They broke down the implementation process into manageable steps and answered all questions we had in a timely manner.
The customer service is the best in the business. Highly recommend for their attention to detail and ability to figure out problems.
Widen has been a great partner to work with on our new Digital Asset Management. The implementation process is very smooth and straightforwards.
The service has been great and quite cost effective, as well.
Widen is a great receptical to all of our imagery for our products. Downloading images from the portal is easy as well.
I like the ability and flexibility Widen offers to integrate the digital media content with our applications and websites.
Widen has easily allowed us to transition our digital library into something we can easily share with everyone on campus - it has been one of the best investments our division has made.
I like the dedicated customer rep as well as access to new features and feedback through their Trello boards.
Everything is clearly categorised and easy to navigate from the toolbar and homepage. The spotlight searches make it really easy to find.
Ease of use is a big factor for us and being able to modify the DAM as needed makes it a program we can use and adapt to the different business units at NVIDIA.
The native features were enough for all of the clients that we rolled this out for. The primary benefit that we saw was time-to-implement versus building our own custom DAM.

I had a really bad experience with this plugin. First of all because I no longer want to use their plugin and continued to charge me.
I love that it's so easy to create an digital catalog to share on your social channels. I also like that it has some analytics, that is great to show your sellers.
There wasn't anything that stood out to me as a negative.
The ability to create professional-looking documents with ease. The software is very user friendly which made it an easy decision to use the software over others.
Missing the earlier days of analytics for all users.

One of the things I was most impressed with was the built in capabilities for uberflip. I love the way you can manage SEO and marketing in the panel.
Does not work well with others, does not play well with plugins, salesforce, etc. I have a hard time doing anything or searching with uberflip. Just stuck in a contract for now.
Ease of use and consistent look and feel make it incredibly user friendly. I do also love the new improvement in the ability to customize CTAs' look and feel.
They themselves admitted they didn't work well with pardot and they could not figure it out. We cancelled - they expected us to continue to pay for a service they could not deliver on.
One of its other great features is its integrations, many of which are free. We've integrated UberFlip with Marketo and it's great to see ROI from our content.
My biggest complaint is that the hub is hosted on a subdomain, which does negatively impact our SEO.
