Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Leah overview
What is Leah?
Leah is a cloud-based agentic AI platform that unifies contract lifecycle management (CLM), legal operations, and source-to-pay procurement automation into a single enterprise system. Specialized domain agents for legal, contracting, procurement, and finance execute multi-step commercial workflows end to end, coordinated through a native skills-based orchestration layer, without requiring human intervention at every handoff. Formerly ContractPodAi, the platform is recognized as a CLM Visionary by Gartner for five consecutive years and named a Leader in the 2025 IDC MarketScape for AI-Enabled Buy-Side CLM Applications.
The platform spans four functional domains. Agentic CLM covers guided contract intake, AI-powered review and playbook-driven redlining inside Microsoft Word, conditional approval routing with auto-escalation, e-signature execution via DocuSign and Adobe Sign, and a smart repository with cognitive search, obligation tracking, and renewal alerts. Legal Operations adds automated drafting, compliance monitoring, corporate governance, risk intelligence, matter management, and audit trail assembly. Procurement delivers spend orchestration, automated RFx event creation, AI-powered supplier discovery and bid scoring, autonomous price negotiation within predefined guardrails, and continuous supplier risk monitoring across financial, sanctions, ESG, and operational signals. Finance capabilities include procure-to-pay lifecycle monitoring, AR aging tracking, automated month-end close workflows, revenue recognition tied to contract terms, FP&A forecast automation with variance commentary, and FX exposure monitoring. Over 400 pre-built domain agents are available across all three functions, with a no-code Agentic App Builder for custom workflow creation.
Leah deploys on dedicated cloud compute with complete tenant data separation, AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS in transit, and data residency controls. Contract data is never used to train models. Pre-built connectors cover Salesforce, SAP, DocuSign, SharePoint, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook, with open APIs for broader enterprise stack integration. The platform targets Fortune 500 and global multi-entity organizations across manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, life sciences, energy, telecommunications, transportation and logistics, retail, media, and technology. Most customers are live within two weeks.
