payments made in House call pro move seamlessly into QBO, and if they don't a customer service rep at HCP will walk you thru getting payments moved over correctly

That was the only way to get our invoices and information over from our last software. Pictures don't come over and the previous notes/invoices were a nightmare.

The integrations is pretty flawed. A lot of syncing issues between the two system. A huge problem with estimates turning into invoices when going to quickbooks.

I use quickbooks for my accounting and bookkeeping. So it is critical that my invoices from HCP automatically go there.

We have to have a system that integrates with Quickbooks as it holds all of the company history...and A/R of course !!

If it didn't merge with QBO the extra work wouldn't make it worth switching from what I was already using

We can access payments process to see what balances are owed at the appointments set.
