This is the best WMS system in the market. We are a rapidly growing fulfillment company and was looking for a system that can help us with the exponential jumps we are seeing in our volumes.

Great Software for Stocking / Warehouse Management.

Implementation was smooth, they have made few modifications on billing and customer pricing modules as per our pricing model. Very responsive and knowledgeable staffs working at their IT dept.

They ask you for the solutions and will gaslight you saying nothing has changed, you must have messed up your configuration that you don't even have access to.

We like that it truly captures all activity and creates billable transactions for all of them. The system is a quite cumbersome, but when you think of all the processes and steps it needs to accomplish,  how could it not be cumbersome.

Once we were up and running it's a good tool. It has all the basic functionalities and they were able to customize some things for us.

One of the absolute best support teams I've ever worked with.  They can build of fix anything you need very easily.  With that said it's clear the software has a lot of layered solutions custom built for various clients and the overall UX doesn't feel cohesive, it feels more like a lot of great tools that have been layered on top of eachother

My experience has been very good, It has only been 3 months since I have been with Logiwa, the system is friendly, it is not as easy to use but once you get to practice it gets very nice.  
I have had very good customer service.

Jai K.:                                                Hi, my name is Jai. I'm a manager. I'll give four out of five for Logiwa. For more reviews like this, please click below. Yeah. So, for Logiwa, we use it as a warehouse management system software, as well as the multi-channel inventory system. What we do, more specifically, is that we get orders on Logiwa from 10 different stores, 10 different sales channels, and compile them together, print postage labels on Logiwa, and create jobs, create picking, pack them, and then indicate that the order has been fulfilled. And update those tracking numbers to the stores, so that the customers get updated. And use Logiwa to track if the orders have been shipped, and also if we got supplies, like adequate inventory from, we track those inventory from Logiwa, as well, and link with listings so that if there is any quantity changes in the system, it syncs to 10 different channels. That's day-to-day usage of Logiwa. What I like most about Logiwa is its versatility and its features. So, what I dislike about is that the things that Logiwa promised to do is not really happening in the system. That's what I don't like about Logiwa.
