With greater accountability on supervisor and sub-trades, safety standards can be maintained company-wide. SiteDocs helps companies to enhance their safety culture and move workers away from the mentality that workplace safety is a nuisance. SiteDocs' digital forms feature streamlines the form-completion process. Users can sign documents, add photos, and check boxes in one click. With support for voice dictation technology, workers can complete forms by simply speaking to the software. One a form is completed and signed on a smartphone or tablet, it is automatically time stamped and saved to the user's account, accessible to view/edit whenever required, from any browser or device. Forms are grouped by project, date or form type, and all previous versions are retained in SiteDocs.
