We already had a license for Bitdefender GravityZone so our integration was limited to updates and emails being sent from GZ to Syncro to open tickets.

It allows us to offer an extra service to our customers and helps us to ensure our contract customers are protected better.

It is straightforward to create a new asset and assign it the appropriate police to get the AV installed.

Allows us to bundle and monitor antivirus for our customers in an efficient way.

It provides an additional level of security for our clients that we can monitor.

I've had to create custom scripting to ensure proper function of the integration

This is critical for us to do the 'back end' of the accounting. There are some real quirks (like if a product is created AFTER an invoice is created - then added - some issues with sync arise) among other things but it works 95% of the time as expected. We were coming from MAS90 so this was a learning experience but QBO is excellent and works consistently.

Saves immense amount of time by eliminating duplication of work, not to mention avoiding a lot of potential human error.

It is important because that is where our invoicing information is and we need it to match up with stock (i.e. 'Products and Services') in Syncro It doesn't always pull through the data as required

This stops the double handling of invoices from our ticketing system into our accounting system. only bugbear is that extra payments from the customer don't sync back into Syncro as a credit.
