This is the appropriate solution for you if you require a comprehensive overview of your projects, tasks, and the implementation of cooperation among numerous users. It has a strong impact despite its seeming simplicity. The product has served me well for almost three years, and I have no reservations in recommending it. I enjoy almost everything about this program. It does what it's supposed to and does it well.. It's a pleasure to use and does exactly what I need it to do: keep track of tasks and projects. I must admit, MeisterTask is absolutely fantastic. However, if I were to suggest an improvement, it would be the inclusion of a feature that allows users to switch the view from "task columns" to a calendar directly within the tool, rather than having to rely on Google Calendar. Although I understand that this might complicate things, I believe that simplicity is key. Having such a feature integrated within MeisterTask would truly elevate the user experience.

New User trying to create an Agile Product Portfolio

I first heard about Meistertask on a podcast. I was certain I didn't need this tool. After all, I had a system that worked for me. Plus, I had tried the other tools. Asana was "okay." Airtable and Notion were confusing. Trello was clunky  (i.e. ugly). Clickup had great features but felt very overwhelming when you are a solopreneuur, party of one. >> But once I tried MeisterTask, it simplified everything for me. It's visually easy to navigate and allows me to see exactly what I need to do each day. Also, the task cards hold all the links and information I need to stop wasting time jumping between files all day. In short: it simplified my workflow.

Quite simply, it is now possible to get a comprehensive overview of ongoing projects, all of which is still very clear and up-to-date.  It's also great that there is an app that works really great.

Notifications, timely project management, and a colorful UI make this the ideal tool for project management. Task assignment attributes and deadlines are also extremely impressive. Not exceeding deadlines since they offer reminders aids in remembering all the actions that are critical for a certain project's progress.

MeisterTask and MindMeister are two of my favourite tools for planning. We can try to remember all of our days details or we can remember the one place we recorded them.

Managing our fitness projects involves dealing with a large number of tickets at any given moment. That's why I rely on MeisterTask to keep track of our progress. Without this software, it would be incredibly challenging to ensure our success.

MeisterTask has been the appropriate platform to generate new activities and assign new tasks for the various sectors of our company; Thanks to this platform I have been able to assign more than 10 activities for our sales sector as well as for other sectors of our real estate company. MeisterTask managed to have a system where we can see the progress of each activity, we can modify the number of members for each activity, employees can exchange activities and also communicate from MeisterTask. This platform has been perfect, I loved this platform because it helped me create new activities and assign them online.

I'm the founder of Innovation Catalyst, and in my company I focus on running thought leadership events that inspire change in large organizations, and I've been using MeisterTask for a while now. I rate it five out of five.
                                                       Before MeisterTask, I've used lots of different software for project management, some expensive, some cheap, trying to do things on Excel, working with Kanban, and anything that provides that, monday.com. I think the reason that I've actually found my home in MeisterTask is it's just so simple. It's so simple to get up and running, so simple to use. And it's really easy to go and collaborate with my clients outside of my company, get people to be invited to the sessions, share tasks, and organize ourselves in a way which doesn't push up the price like we've seen or I see on other platforms.
                                                       I chose MeisterTask principally as a trial, as I think it was a free trial. It was incredibly cheap to get up and running. I found it incredibly user-friendly, very simple in terms of the walkthrough, and it fit my needs perfectly. I've continued using it because I've then found I can expand it. It's actually got a fair amount of functionality, which I don't use. Others do though, from occasion. It's really easy to integrate it with other platforms, to link it into other platforms. And so I've just continue using because it's great value and it allows me to go and interact and work with other clients of mine, particularly when we're running projects and we need a common platform. And they're able to learn this if they've never used it before very quickly as well. So we don't have that parental debate about what we should be using to keep track of whose doing what by when.
                                                       Apparently, easy to use MeisterTask. In fact, it's so easy I can't actually remember what the onboarding was like. It's such a small amount of time, it took a year or two back to actually get logged on, get started, and start using it. It's kind of a blip in time, which I've almost forgotten, it was that easy.
                                                       Number one recommendation is give it a go. Nowadays as with all SaaS programs, you've got the opportunity for free trials and start using it, and that's the best thing that I can recommend is give it a go. You're going to make up your mind quickly. In terms of ease of use, I can't see you finding a better software for task management and project management. It's more likely that you find that there's some sort of functionality that it doesn't have, and if that is the case, you'll make your own decisions. But in terms of getting started, just get started. It's that simple.

                                                       For MeisterTask, We were keeping track of daily tasks using just notes, iOS and Mac iOS and sharing them and just checklists like that. So MeisterTask allowed us to keep track of daily tasks a lot more efficiently and effectively.
                                                       We chose MeisterTask in lieu of some other platforms primarily because of its simplicity. It can be as simple as just checking boxes and getting tasks done, but it also offered some of the power user options that were available from competitors.
                                                       Getting started with MeisterTask was extremely simple and easy. We invited a few different team members onto our free trial or free version of MeisterTask and decided that we liked it, and ended up moving towards the paid side of it.
                                                       For anybody else looking into MeisterTask I would say at least try the free version and see if you like it. Chances are you probably will. It's a little more powerful than just keeping a note with a checklist. And you won't feel as restrained by the free version as some other platforms tend to limit you and I bet you you'll end up liking it.
