Of 121 reviews that provide robust commentary on Microsoft To Do's price and value, 82% mention it in a positive light.

Most users consider Microsoft To Do to offer strong value for money, highlighting that it is entirely free for all Microsoft accounts and provides access to a wide range of features without requiring payment. They say the free version includes most functionalities needed for personal and professional use, making it accessible for individuals and small businesses with limited budgets. Most reviewers indicate that the lack of a premium tier or hidden costs is a significant advantage, and they appreciate being able to use the app across devices and platforms at no charge. Some users report that all premium features are unlocked in the free version, and they find it easy to get started without worrying about monthly fees. Some reviewers feel the free plan is sufficient for the majority of users, with only a few expressing a desire for additional features available in a paid version. However, some users mention that the Pro version is expensive compared to alternatives and that the cost may not justify the extra features. A few reviewers find the pricing structure or communication about free versus paid options confusing.

Integrations rated by users

We looked at 3,060 user reviews to identify which products are mentioned as Microsoft To Do integrations and how users feel about them.

Integration rating: 4.9 (59)

I don't feel like it is necessary to integrate with Microsoft outlook; again this could be very helpful for some users to see the tasks while viewing their emails, but I am happy to just look on the To Do app.

The tasks in outlook are integrated with To-Do: add one in outlook or flag an email and it will appear in the to-do list with the same due date (if you’re using Office 365 of course - paid subscription)

One of the main reasons I had not been using a to do list prior to adopting this program was that I never remembered to check it. With the integration into outlook I look at it every day.

It is great that the two are integrated and connected, because on Microsoft To Do, you will receive task suggestions from the content of emails you have received recently.

Flagging your email which converts it to a task inside To Do is a highlight feature which I use daily to keep myself up to date with important tasks and emails.

The integration allows me to move my email and convert as a task in To Do. This is extra convenient and allows me to get to inbox zero. I love the functionality.

Most of my current task that end up in to do, come from outlook. So its an essential function the ease of sending outlook´s taks to "TO DO".

Ability to schedule tasks from within emails or create reminders to deal with emails later is a must and this app does it perfectly.

It is possible to generate tasks automatically based on connected Microsoft email - which might be useful for some people.

I can create task on my laptop and can see on mobile and once i check off the task on laptop its get synced to the mobile.

The software we use at work includes microsoft products, so it is important that they work in harmony with each other.

It syncs tasks seamlessly between emails and to-dos. It keeps everything in one place and simplifies planning

Because outlook has a section in To-do-List which allows you to see everything ever assigned & completed.

Some emails can be created, tracked and reminder as a task in Microsoft to do, it make it easy to follow.

The Outlook integration is an essential reason why I stuck to Microsoft To Do in the first place.

integration is very important since I need not shuffle between two products for tracking.

You can add the tasks directly from your email software and with a large keyboard

Sync of both tasks & flagged mails that require action are visible in one view.

Microsoft Teams has become the communication and productivity hub for Office in our organization. The integration of To Do into Teams is important because it provides an additional means to capture important tasks when meeting or collaborating on documents.

our communications in house are built on Teams. Integration was key if it was going to be used beyond the individual. Integration for those who need combined with a standalone app for those who want it is so awesome.

I use google calendar for its calendar view which is a feature that is lacking in Microsoft To Do.

Microsoft OneNote and Outlook have already had a symbiotic relationship, where tasks created in OneNote sync to Outlook, and when checked off, are updated in both locations. With the integration of To Do into Outlook, these tasks carry forward from OneNote to To Do. However, this has not been perfected yet, and too frequently, the connections break and as such are not entirely reliable.

I was using Microsoft To Do mostly on MailBird to create task, based on the content of my emails, so this integration was critical for me. Alas, with time the integration was working worse and worse and the logging into Microsoft To Do from MailBird was extremely slow, so i decided to change both MailBird and Microsoft To Do software for something else (Evernote).
