Wellness Living incorporates all of the same functionality from my old system in an innovative, visual, intuitive way AND includes the functionality I had to pay extra for! I love the ease of managing schedules, adding clients, enrolling clients in classes and maintaining client information. The integrated rewards program and review process are fantastic. My staff required very little training...
While there were some glitches in the move, I was supported by the On-Boarding support team through the migration and well after while we resolved issues. Every part of the transition and data migration was manageable. The support staff from On-Boarding calmed my fears - he was with me from start to finish and personally made sure that any and all errors were immediately corrected. Further, as I continue using Wellness Living, problem reports are addressed as a priority. Requests for enhancements are taken seriously and documented so that I can see the progress. If I have questions regarding functionality, I am never merely directed to documentation. A technical specialist often sends a video of the process along with a description of the process.

Ease of use. Very progressive in development.
The fact that it is almost half the price of Mindbody is really secondary to the time and aggravation saved. The ease of use and the inherent intuitiveness of the platform has saved us countless man hours that would have otherwise been spent on the phone with Mindbody support. My initial hesitation in switching was rooted in the loss of the Mindbody app which our clients are accustomed to using....
My initial concern was over customer support. They are growing at such a fast pace, the support sometimes took a hit. Turnaround for a response was slow. However, they quickly turned a negative into a positive as they now seemingly have their legs under them and are now extremely responsive. No on hold waits. If they need to call back, they do. Very smart in how they under-promise and over-deliver.

Our Business Management is simplified!
Coming from MindBody, I was concerned about migrating my data (not to mention having to learn new software). Free marketin lots of tools for owner

We have three locations, over 90 teachers and staff, and over 1,500 students. Simple, customizable, and easy to use with great support. From my experience there is no service that even compares. The support team is amazing. They make sure you get the help you need and will even call you back later if they come up with new suggestions to your concern or issue.
It was easy to learn, to implement and to use on a daily basis. A schedule change was easy and quick to do which I loved. The clients loved the app and would use it to book their classes.
The app for the admin was slow and would freeze very often.

It took me a while to learn how to use the software and to troubleshoot problems. I am continually evolving my business as WellnessLiving evolves, offering new opportunities to grow and develop my business.
WellnessLiving's design is not stressful on my eyes. I can see which staff member is on the schedule at a glance because of the use of color coding. It is also convenient. I love how I can accomplish almost everything from the calendar page. I can book appointments for pre-existing and new clients, cancel and reschedule appointments, send texts and emails, make payments, write soap notes, link to customer profile page, etc. What I really like the most is the support team. The WellnessLiving staff could not be more helpful, resourceful and generous with their time and ideas. They often go beyond my original request for help and they suggest ways I can improve my business. I actually feel like they have my back.
I have used this software for 5 years. The software is improving all the time. The marketing campaign emails do not have capability for using images and colors BUT the staff is training me to use the Mail Chimp free software to design my own branded templates and to paste the HTML code into WellnessLiving marketing campaign emails. The thing I liked the least has been compensated for and makes me appreciate the WL team all the more.

Wellness living allows us to track and communicate with clients very easily. If provides us a seamless booking process for our clients and has and endless amount of reports available that help us manage our business decisions.
My favorite part about wellness living is the customer service and support. There are so many things this software can do and it can seem overwhelming at first, but there is always someone available to help via phone or email. Wellness Living allows us to do everything we need for our studio.
There are only a few things I don't like - The client sorting/filtering process is a little tedious when running reports or viewing different types of clients. Also, I know they're working on it, but the messaging feature is not available on the mobile app yet.

The first time I came across Wellness Living, I did not consider it because there was not a demo and it was hard to tell what features the software offered. After trying out demos for 5 other software packages, I finally called for a demo. I highly recommend you schedule a demo! This software is highly customizable. You can choose how to pay your staff (flat rate, commission), there are widgets to incorporate online transactions and allow your calendar to reflect changes in real time on your website, and the interface is intuitive and easy to use. It walks you through all of the options. Moreover, everyone we have interacted with has been so kind and patient - excellent customer service!
So far, this software has been a great choice for our studio. The only con is that we were not able to see just how much Wellness Living offered until we scheduled a demo. We almost missed out on the opportunity to learn about this software because of that. I understand why they have this requirement, but it makes it difficult to compare what they offer to other software services.

Overall I am completely happy with this product. It makes it so easy to run my business. It takes out all of the stress!
I love the ease of use. I was so scared to launch my business online and Wellness Living has made it SO easy and took my fear right out of it. Being able to upload videos for my clients to complete on their own, with my scheduled program is huge for me. It gives them so much more for their money. I also love that there is an app for them to easily join their virtual sessions and see their calendar. It also makes it so easy for me to track my payments, reschedule clients and not to mention booking appointments and processing transactions is super easy!
There is only one thing I don't like, and that's my inability to see what videos are in specific video categories for each client. Each one of my clients has their own "Category" folder, it would be nice if I could open them on my back end and see exactly what is in each folder when I switch up my programming.

It's very easy to manage my yoga studio class schedule. I like the various reports it provides to make payroll easy
I like how intuitive it is to use and create links to put on my website. I like using the Achieve app. and I love the built in rewards system!
It needs to add a feature for the events (workshops) to transfer a workshop pass to another user. It needs to improve the Facebook sharing tools so that clients can share when they used WL to sign up or attend a class.

I have been very happy with my experience so far and look forward to continuing with the growth of the system!
I liked how many different options there are to customize the system for our business.
As there are many many details to set up and customize, there we a few things that were not a current feature of the system. However, they are constantly updating and adding feature requests & their support listens to what features may be needed by the customer.
