Pros

Mobile app is also solid. Workflows are easy to use and powerful.

Cons

-Reporting capabilities are very limited (easy to get data in, difficult to summarize well to drive process adherence) -Company to customer relationship hierarchy lacks ability to support more complex business models - and B2B companies.

We've switched to Hubspot from Salesforce, and it's been a huge difference: time to ramp up new sales employees reduced significantly, easy to use interface and out of the box integration with G Suite.

Pros

- Lots of features, that are added to the plaform with each update; - Great synergy of tools that help to capture leads (via schedule call functionality), follow up (templates, sequences, analytics) and drive deals (deals tracker, tasks, smart data collection); - Integration with G Suite; - Powerful dashboards & filters.

Cons

- Integration with G Suite sometimes "falls off" and gets automatically fixed after contacting support.

I am able to accurately track my sales activities and manage tasks and opportunities.

Pros

You can send emails from within HubSpot CRM and it goes out directly from your company email and when the email is replied to, it is automatically captured and stored in the contact record.

Cons

The API needs to be enhanced to allow creating and modifying tasks and adding noted to the contact records.

Pros

Combining CRM functionalities with Marketing Automation and leveraging their dynamic reporting and sales tools, I am able to gain greater visibility and strategic intelligence into my accounts and prospects and make data-driven decisions to maximize my efforts in the most relevant ways.

Cons

It's a constantly developing platform - this means there are certain features that are missing that seem obvious or just make sense - for instance, bulk creating/assigning tasks could be more efficient, and filtering those tasks is awkward (compared to their contact filters, which are many and intuitive).

Lots of integration with other software in the marketing/sales stack.
