Pros

Mobile app is also solid. Workflows are easy to use and powerful.

Cons

-Reporting capabilities are very limited (easy to get data in, difficult to summarize well to drive process adherence) -Company to customer relationship hierarchy lacks ability to support more complex business models - and B2B companies.

Overall it's definitely positive, really strong feature set but can be difficult to get a grasp on.

Pros

Contact and Organisation Management - Very easy to setup and monitor Reporting - Easy to pull detailed reports if used properly Lead and Deal Management - Engaging overview of all the deals in the pipeline

Cons

Contact Management - Is good, but leads from contacts as apposed to organisation Can be difficult to get a grasp on the feature set

We have migrated off of Keap/Infusionsoft and within 2 weeks we have seen great improvement in our CRM.

Pros

Overall lead/contact management, transparency into how your prospects engage with your emails/content, customizable features, and reporting.

Cons

Hopefully this can be solved for so we can accurately measure our pipeline value.

HubSpot is my daily tool for outbound prospecting, inbound lead generation, task management, reporting, and marketing automation.

Pros

Combining CRM functionalities with Marketing Automation and leveraging their dynamic reporting and sales tools, I am able to gain greater visibility and strategic intelligence into my accounts and prospects and make data-driven decisions to maximize my efforts in the most relevant ways.

Cons

It's a constantly developing platform - this means there are certain features that are missing that seem obvious or just make sense - for instance, bulk creating/assigning tasks could be more efficient, and filtering those tasks is awkward (compared to their contact filters, which are many and intuitive).

It is well integrated with the marketing platform and simplifies data entry and task management. The chrome extensions are particularly useful in helping to provide context during interactions with leads, and facilitating data entry and maintenance.

Cons

It lacks some of the customization you would expect from a full-featured CRM (ability to create a custom formula or lookup fields, for example).

Cons

This is something that most of all CRMs offer. You can kind of figure things out by using filters and such, but it’s not as good as having a reporting dashboard which will save people time.

This helps me evaluate deal activity on a detailed, property based level that helps improve our sales abilities.

Cons

No cons really. In my 3.5 years of using HubSpot, I've yet to hit a speed bump or find something that impedes my ability to manage and sell.

Fairly intuitive UI, great integration with their marketing product to give intelligence about prospect activities, fairly full set of tools for dealing with inbound customers/prospects

Cons

Reporting and pipeline management is weak relative to industry (specifically Pipedrive and SFDC) - lots of work-arounds required to get seemingly standard views (eg. forecast pipeline based on close date instead of stage based).
