Pros
We have tried many CRMs before. Even though the price is really high it fits our company process so well that it is worth it.

Cons
The price is really expensive. I understand their business model. However, they could charge half of what they charge and would still not be cheap.

I again have loved every interaction with support. I can manage all of our contacts, they have it well designed, low cost (free option is the BOMB) and paid services really add value. Best value for your dollar.

Pros
Low cost software with a huge advantage of having on call support and constant connectivity with users. It’s smart and easy to use.

Cons
I cannot complain about their product. It saved our company from $1000’s in wasted contact dollars, it drove home client relationships with multiple user functionality and price was amazing. Love them!

Positive overall for setting up automated marketing & tracking campaigns but you will pay top dollar for a fully configured system. Have a friend who is a HubSpot consultant who recommended them.

Pros
Being able to setup visual email & marketing autoresponders is a big strength of HubSpot and works better than nearly any other system out there. Plus their marketing tracking is top notch!

Cons
It's gotten more expensive. Still a good value but it's not cheap and seems to be getting much more costly.

Pros
This is a very dynamic software with many automated features to assist with long term customer nurturing campaigns.

Cons

Pros
The customer support is top, they assigned us a dedicated trainer for all our questions, the training center is intuitive and complete. There are many features I love, like tracking the interaction of the users in our page , send them automated & customized offers, matching potential clients with "personas", create deals automatically, create forms directly from the CRM, connect hubspot with our own system and much more

Cons
Costs, it's a great tool, not the cheaper in the market, maybe for small companies is not affordable

Had the features that the client was looking, a trustworthy company and a great cost: FREE

Pros
It covers the basics of a CRM system like contacts & companies, deals and tasks. It is easy to use and there are plenty of how to materials to learn. It is integrated with multiple apps including Zapier which is a big deal. It's likely the best FREE CRM solutions out there if you're needs aren't above a basic CRM.

Cons
It is a launching pad and a gateway to the paid features Hubspot Sales and Marketing which are not on the cheap side unfortunately. Well, at least Hubspot CRM is a good place to start until the business grows and you can afford to upgrade.

My overall experience was great; however, we decided to switch to Pardot due to the cheaper cost with the same functionality.

Pros
The client support is really appreciated for a software of this level. It also has a fun UI and a bunch of great educational marketing videos.

Cons
The cost gets prohibitive for what the product is capable of doing. It fails to take you to the level that Marketo or Marketing Cloud get you to.

It makes my life easier and helps me keep track of my clients and projects.

Pros
It makes sense to me, perhaps because HubSpot understands inbound marketing. It is created in a way that is logical and easy to use.

Cons
When I eventually move over to a paid plan, I am not looking forward to the huge price jump. HubSpot is not cheap. They provide great solutions, but their prices are not really aimed at the small business owner.

- Has standardized our data collection process - Has allowed us to build a far more robust database - Has helped us automate low-value activities

Pros
- Easy to get up and running, i.e. implementation is not a painful process - Less expensive than competitors - SO SO MANY amazing native integrations - Clean layout - Good mobile functionality - Easiest to learn from a user and admin perspective

Cons
- Don't enjoy the "Hubspot fields that cannot be changed" i.e. customization is limited - Workflows can be wonky and don't always work right - Support is based on the person, though most of them are fairly knowledgeable

useful apps and integrations plus detailed analytics, data and support. We started right with the training and it was easy to understand, assimilate and apply. 3rd party integrations were our miracle.

Pros
Easy integration with Google. Very low price compared to Salesforce. Good support team. Straightforward procedures.

Cons
Performance issue with templates when sending emails from Gmail. Lack of ability to easily schedule sending an email to a huge number of recipients. For instance, we cannot ask the system to have a list of users and send email to them at random time intervals.

Pros
After trying almost 10 CRMS we decided to stay with Hubspot CRM. I think it provides the best value for your money as it scales functionalities properly.

Cons
As our company grows more functionalities are needed. I think, just as with any other application, the price for the next level (usually something called PRO) is really expensive. It's not really a CON but something to have in mind. Nevertheless, the pricing is spot on.

I run a large part of our business operations from Hubspot. I cannot imagine not having it or a tool like it at this point.

Pros
Low barrier to entry, cost wise, for a feature rich CRM system. The functionality is mostly intuitive and allows us to track all interaction with our clients.

Cons
I wish the top level dashboards provided more value. They are cumbersome to setup and don't provide basic information that would be useful.

Not great. It worked for basic CRM but there are much better and cheaper options out there for SMB's. Please avoid HubSpot if you are budget concious.

Pros
We found very little to "like" about it. It is functionally OK but the team did not find any intuitive delight in the software.

Cons
As many users comment, we found it unacceptable that the truly useful features were gated off behind a ridiculously high paywall. We found it hard to make the switch to a better value and more fully-featured alternative because HubSpot do not make it easy for you to change. I think this is an acceptable business practice.

Stressful, depressing, and EXPENSIVE.

Pros
It is feature heavy, and somewhat easy to use.

Cons
The customer service is terrible. They will try to milk you for every dollar that you have. There are platforms like Zoho and Active Campaign that have ALL of the same features and support for 10% of the price. You don't have a specific rep for your account. You will be endlessly referred to other departments to fix your issues until you are too tired to continue to try fixing it. They will try to DOUBLE your subscription price halfway through your contract. They won't tell you when you sign up, but they are constantly assessing your account and looking for ways to increase your cost during your contract. The fine print in the contract makes it so that they can basically raise the price on you at any time... and trust me... they will.

I'm convinced that HubSpot competitors provide equally great service, functionality and quality at a cheaper cost. While I would recommend to medium - large companies, I'm unsure how much it helps small companies achieve objectives.

Overall great product and it may scale just fine. We have been told they are creating more enterprise features and I trust them.

Pros
This product is so easy to use compared to most CRM platforms. It integrates really easily and really well with pretty much every product we use in our tech stack. It looks great, easy to customize, and it's so much cheaper than Salesforce. Especially if you are a start-up, they have special pricing.

Cons
The deals pipeline table doesn't scale super well and I'm concerned about the flexibility and how well it will scale. Not a ton to say though, overall I've been pretty happy.
