It is popular and used by a few other businesses that we know, so we considered it and the functionality is good.

The pricing is excellent. We use it mainly to track web hits and who was hitting our website, I have used Lead Forensics in the past and this is as good if not better and it comes for free.

Product is easy to use and so easy to get help with. Anyone can figure it out and it's great for collaboration.

The platform is very comprehensive, some features are free and some are chargeable. Take a good look at the tutorials and discover what you really need.

Also, there is a hard limit of 1,000 custom fields, which is not something you can even buy more of, which in my opinion is a severe limitation.

Being able to setup visual email & marketing autoresponders is a big strength of HubSpot and works better than nearly any other system out there. Plus their marketing tracking is top notch.

It can be a little overwhelming and confusing all the options that are available.

Easy to add more users and utilize a free or low cost account as we tested out the features. I love the auto emails and autoresponder options.

Used it nearly every day for over 2 years. Very easy once you get to know it and are able to work around its quirks. Occasionally goes rogue and connections break however there are several industry experts who can fix it with relative ease. When it’s working, it is incredible and for the cost, overall pretty good

Great CMR tool

We use it daily. All the forms on our website are generated in Hubspot so the integration is seamless. Leads come in with all the required info and get automatically added to our newsletter distribution list.

Seamless CRM with marketing integration

Overall, Hubspot gets the job done and has some very powerful functionality. However, for the pricepoint it would be really amazing if their interface was more usable.

It is one of the better CRMs I have worked with. I think it is sometimes difficult to keep an overview because it has so many options and features, but it allows me to organize the data very well

Happy with this CRM

We use the CRM daily and find it pretty easy to use, although we have needed to use additional tools to get some features that aren't available in Hubspot.

HubSpot CRM is an amazing site and though I'm still using the free plan,the  intention is to eventually upscale to a paid version so as to utilize the more advanced tools and capabilities.

I'm happy with the solution. It is provide me the information that I, as a marketer, need in order to complete my tasks quickly.
