It offers a variety of features, including communication management, collaboration, employee engagement, analytics, survey management, and more. Managers can view and compare the performance of agents through the built-in employee leaderboard. Organizations can utilize Medallia Agent Connect to calculate customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores and generate reports based on various metrics such as first contact resolution (FCR), customer effort score (CES), or transactional NPS.
Medallia Agent Connect provides an API and Zapier integration, which lets businesses connect the system with several third-party platforms such as Slack, Talkdesk, Salesforce, Zendesk, Google Sheets, Helpshift, Intercom, Kustomer, and more. Marketing teams can also use the application to promote new products, run referral campaigns, and provide special offers to customers.
