What is Zoey?
Zoey is a B2B and wholesale eCommerce platform with built-in order management, designed for distributors and manufacturers who sell through field reps, inside sales teams, and self-service buyer portals.
Unlike platforms that require third-party apps, plugins, or custom development to support B2B workflows, Zoey includes everything out of the box. CRM, quoting, invoicing, accounts receivable, approval workflows, customer-specific pricing, and a no-code storefront editor are all native to the platform. There is nothing to bolt on and nothing to build.
Self-Service Buyer Portal
Buyers log into a branded B2B storefront to browse account-specific catalogs, check customer-specific pricing, place and track orders, reorder from purchase history, view live inventory availability synced from connected systems, and manage invoices, net terms, and payment terms. Approval workflows and purchase order processing handle multi-user buyer accounts with configurable roles and permissions.
Native Mobile Sales App
Zoey is one of the only B2B eCommerce platforms with a native mobile sales app built for field sales and delivery. The app works fully offline. Reps on delivery routes, at trade shows, or in warehouses with no connectivity capture orders using barcode scanning, AI-powered order ingestion that converts PDFs and images into orders, and quick order forms. Orders sync automatically when connectivity is restored. The app also supports quoting, product and pricing lookups, tap to pay, and customer account management.
Built-In Business Tools
Native CRM with sales rep attribution ties every order back to the rep who owns the relationship. Sales order management, quoting, invoicing, AR consolidation, and automated billing are all included. Create custom price lists per account or customer group. Show or hide specific products, categories, or entire catalogs by account. Set minimum order quantities, restrict payment methods, and assign net terms at the account level. All B2B pricing and access logic is managed natively with no custom code or third-party plugins. No third-party CRM, invoicing, or order management software required.
Integrations
A built-in data mapper simplifies integration with ERP and accounting systems including NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, and Xero without custom development. Native connectors for ShipStation, Fishbowl, Finale Inventory, SOS Inventory, and SkuVault. Payment processing through Stripe, Authorize.net, and PayPal. Tax automation via Avalara. Full REST API for custom workflows.
Onboarding and Support
Zoey's implementation team configures the platform around your catalog, pricing rules, and workflows. Paid setup plans include hands-on training, data migration, integration configuration, and theme setup. Ticket support on all plans. Phone support and dedicated account management on higher tiers.
