The business problem we are solving is basically safe management of queues in order to provide top-notch customer service to clients. Some of the benefits we have realized are increased customer satisfaction, lots of referrals, repeat visits, increased effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity.
Waitwell is a very straightforward and convenient software to use. Integrating it into the Registry was very seamless. Some of the features I love most are the fact that you can place clients on hold, increase the priority (e.g. Seniors) of clients to be served, and safe management of queue without overcrowding the office.
With the use of Waitwell software, the services of a greeter will still be needed at the door to coordinate people's compliance with the queuing system. For me as a user, I love the greeter system but business owners might feel it's additional money to spend. But, the overall result is worth it.

The description of this software is to manage all the visitors and to increase the consistency of every visiting sessions. Besides, the tracking structure from the tool gives a resourceful response in case there are challenges.
The application has ensured there are sustainable mechanisms for managing visitors, and they get tracked for every activity they have. Besides, the determination in allowing proper consultation and engagement has been fully utilized by this software.
The platform is friendly, cost sustainable and it makes every visitor feel appreciated within the company space.

Overall, I would recommend WaitWell software to businesses that are looking for a comprehensive visitor management solution.
What I liked the most about WaitWell software is its real-time reporting feature. This feature provides businesses with valuable insights into their visitor patterns, such as which times of day are busiest, which areas of the building are most popular, and which types of visitors are most common.
I found WaitWell software to be a bit too expensive. I also wished that it integrated with more of our other business software applications.

What i like best about WaitWell is how it boost performance and increase customer delivery services. It has given us clear line up for arranging and planning for clients appointments. I love how it is easy to use and it seamlessly integrates with customer management tools.

WaitWell is intuitive, user friendly and highly customizable to suit your needs. It has a very nice and friendly interface making it simple and easy to use and manage. Also, it provides an easy way to improve and support my working experience and it saves much time.
WaitWell is an amazing and incredible tool for making appointments and it saves much time. What i like best about it is that we can easily track the status of waitlist. It has really been easy to manage appointments and attend to the customers on the wait list easily and quickly. I like its interface which is very nice and friendly.
We have not experienced any difficulties while using WaitWell. So far so good.

With WaitWell,it is fast to join virtual meetings as integrates when Microsoft Teams.It also makes it simple to book and manage appointments.Joining and managing queues is more efficient with WaitWell.

Businesses that rely on appointments and walk-in customers will benefit greatly from using WaitWell. Our services streamline and improve upon timekeeping, interaction, and queueing. It's a great option for businesses looking for low-cost, dependable software.
WaitWell integrates well with my queue management software, allowing me to manage both scheduled appointments and walk-ins from a one interface. The next person in line will be contacted via phone call, web meeting, or in-person meeting at the click of a mouse. Teamwork and attention to customers have both benefited.
Since WaitWell doesn't offer a mobile app, I have to use the browser on my phone or tablet to access it. Please develop an app as soon as possible.

WaitWell staff have been great to work with and they are always willing to listen to enhancement suggestions.
On a typical business day we could have had as many as 10 to 30 people inside our office, in line, at any one time. We knew that proper COVID distancing was going to give a problem and subsequent mandated restrictions drastically reduced the number of customers we could have in our office. We also knew that we couldn't expect our customers to line up outside in freezing temperatures. Desperate times...
The system has worked so well that it is difficult to single out anything that we do not like.
Thank you Dennis for the positive review. Changing to a digital queue is a significant change for any organization but your staff really rose to the challenge and we are happy to see the change paying off for your organization.

Our overall experience has been very positive. We are less than a year out - but I am looking forward to seeing a year's worth of statistics and the ebbs and flows in our traffic.
The software is easy to use on both the front and back ends. I like the controls that we have as administrators once it is all set up. We have dealt mainly with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] - she is amazing and so responsive. Works to understand our needs; then tries different ways to accommodate it. Also teaches us what we can do on our own.
I, honestly, can't think of a con. It was a change in culture and processes - so we are waiting for the students to catch on and for other offices on campus to join. We were one of the earlier adopters of the technology. But, students are super responsive - I don't anticipate any issues when we introduce a new online booking system that differs from what we currently use.

It is a one-stop shop for all of your line management and appointment scheduling needs. It can be customized to fit the specific needs of your business, regardless of size or industry.
WaitWell software is a good solution for businesses that have high customer traffic and need to manage long lines and wait times. However, it may not be necessary for businesses with lower customer traffic or that do not have a problem with long lines.

One of the benefits of using WaitWell is that it makes it extremely easy to manage queues and appointments. It's one of the best solution i have ever encountered as it helps to reduce wait time. With WaitWell, it's very easy and fast to book appointments.
I'm really much pleased with what WaitWell does. I can't remember anything that disappointed me while using it so i lack nothing to dislike.

It allows us to see who is waiting to see someone and what/who they are waiting for, the we are able to sift out customers who need a face to face meeting vs a customer who may not
The platform allows us to manage our queue which can be 200+ per day and ensures everyone is seen in order. I love that it shows how many customers have come
I do not see anything wrong with this self-explanatory queue system
