Harness Giving is a cloud-based donation management software that helps non-profit organizations automate fundraising, receive recurring donations, and interact with donors from a centralized platform. It lets staff members generate customized donation forms, create as well as publish fundraising posts on social media, and display real-time donation notifications on websites.
Harness Giving’s fundraising module enables team members to build custom branded donation campaigns, launch subscription-based fundraising programs, generate monthly donation reports, view donor comments, and securely accept donations. Employees can establish two-way communications with donors, send automated text updates, customize texts with keywords, handle group messaging, and configure Text2Give campaigns, facilitating donor engagement. It also allows supporters to access donor profiles, manage payment methods, monitor contributions, track donation history, enable or disable text notifications, and view monthly gifts via the built-in dashboard.
With Harness Giving, non-profit organizations can send donation receipts via email, access contact details, and track recent activities on campaigns. It offers an API, which facilitates integration with several third-party applications, including Google Calendar, Slack, Google Drive, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Jira, Asana, SendFox, MailerLite, and AWeber.
